some issues detected when trying to compilate . "Error. Make sure you run Generator 'as Administrator". There is one way to do it: 1 . go to the folder where you hace EA generator instaled. There you will find file 'fxgen.exe' . 2 . Rick click on it, menu should pop-up and click menu item 'Run as administrator'

 

Everithing is done... but i´m afraid that this workaround doesn´t work.

Any ideas brohers?

Hello;

when I try to make an sample EA,I got this error :

"compiler patch is not set via options screen.set it and then try to generate again"

 

Then I try to set meta trader to Forex EA Generator for compile EA,But I could not find any mql.exe or mql64.exe in my meta trader folder.

Please help.

When you download from the website of EA Generator, they have clearly mentioned the mql.exe and mql64.exe is not part of the program or MT4 and need to be downloaded separately.

 

Download from here and put it in the MT4 directory

First,Thanks "kesk" for your replay.

I download and I put the mql.exe file in the MT4 directory.

I did all Checklist according to the seller website:

Make sure you have mql.exe or mql64.exe installed next to terminal.exe

You have Forex Generator fxgen.exe running with Administrator rights

You have \MQL4\Experts subfolder under folder where you have mql.exe

UAC is set to minimal (UAC is User Access Control available in most Windows versions)

Restart computer if you change UAC

"

Now after all of these work I got this error:

"ERROR Compilation failed.Check errors in the compilation log"

 

Then I check log and I saw this errors:

"Restart your Forex terminal for changes to take effect.

My meta trader version is 4 and Build 646. 30 APR 2014.

DO you have same problem?

And another strange thing :

When I run my meta trader the mql.exe is Disappears!!! and deleted from my terminal folder.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Looks like lot of errors!

 

Did you try to install the EAgenerator software in other drives like d:\ or e:\

 

I don't know what exactly happening in your computer.
