Larry williams total package indicators for ninja trader

What timeframe should I use on a weekly and daily charts if I do all the instructions as shown here it does not work. Here is the link http://www.ireallytrade.com/videos/ninjawilliamstradertools.html. I set the 3000 days but all indicators show particularly COT indicators. Help please!!I have LATEST VERSION ninja trader. How to pick the right option to choose the settings. Thank you.:-S
