Sometimes its hard to phrase your wording to explain a proceedure or anything else in a forum and it can be better explained by using a video and posting it. There are free ways to post videos, but a free & simple way is to use Screencast.com. If you know of another easy way to do this, please let me know. For now here's a video on how to use Screencast. You can use a number of video capture programs such as Jing (free), SnagIt, and Camtasia. Educated versions can be downloaded using File Express (See note 1 below).
