(req)(help) horizontal weekly openning line indi with additional above and below line

Hi all bro and sis,

Would you please to help me making an indicator that :" showing a weekly opening line and 'X' pips lines above and below it".

So, this indicator is showing 3 lines: 1). horizontal openning weekly line, 2). horizontal 'x' pips ABOVE the openning line, 3). horizontal 'x' pips BELOW the openning line.
