Hi guys, I have TS 8.2 and Owndata 2.7. I am trying to get it to work with Interactive Brokers, without much luck. I do not have any sort of manual or guidance on how to set them up to work together. Tips?

Hi staspmr;

- First download a TWS (Trade Work Station) of IB web site, and install in demo or real (if you have a account). Look the

instructions in this web site.

- Next, open Owndata 2.7, select IB in your symbol, and connect with your user and password.

- Next open Tradestation > Format symbol > type directly a symbol, and select time frame, etc.

I believe than IB does not have a historical data for download from TWS to Owndata.

yep, I installed TS 8.2 3863, TWS 4, and Owndata

-I believe than TS 8.2 work with OD 2.5 or 2.6 (not with OD 2.7). I recommend that download TS 8.7 and OD 2.7.

-TWS. Search a last version in IB web site, if do not work with new version of the TWS, then your loggin and pass not work.
