Problem with NT7: do please help

I downloaded this version of NT: Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.7 Multi-broker Live

 

I got my historical data manager to import my historic data from txt, when I go to edit I can see the data I added from the text file.

 

I then exit the historic data manager and go to file, new, chart. I select the specific stock it says 1m and the name in the data box, I double click it and the graph opens, but it's empty with no scale on the right and no data series at the bottom???:((:((:((:((:((:((:((:((

 

I have tried everything~X(, but cant get it right, only thing I think it can be is that the data is at 30m intervals and in the NT help menu it says only 1m interval can be added??

 

Hope someone is willing to help me. I WILL BE FOREVER INDEBTED!=D>
