Loading A Chart in Advanced GET for e-Signal

I am an e-Signal subscriber, and just downloaded Advanced GET Real Time Version 1.3 for e-Signal. For some reason, I can't get a chart of the ES to load. Apparently, it's too easy for any of the on-line help menus to even deal with. Anyone have any idea how to perform this very basic maneuver?
