We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but unfortunately changes in U.S. laws and regulations and in the manner these are enforced by the CFTC are beyond our control. However, please note that most likely your EA has been not configured properly as it was placing an extreme number of orders. Please send me an email to [email protected] and please include your account number in it, so I could investigate this issue. thelibrarian
andrey, i'm considering trading cfd futures (gold, oil, etc...). however, what is the margin deposit for each product? the lot size i tried out in demo account varies according to product and this means i cannot bet the full leverage on the fly while mkts are moving fast. It's different from some other broker whereby for example their products require a flat rate USD1,000. Can you at least advertise on your site the margin for each product?
