Need help to code one EA

Hi,

 

Sorry for my bad english, i need help to code one EA with there parametres :

 

Open order buy at close current bar only if :

 

low current bar < low previous bar

and

close current bar > close previous bar

and

high current bar > close previous bar

 

 

For all pair and all timeframe.

And if it's possible, I want to manage Stop Loss and Take Profit.
