It's pretty simple once you see examples like netgoon provided. You simply add the file extension key to the main url.

 

For example (this one is made up)

 

a) Main url = http://birdseed.s3.amazonaws.com/

 

b) File Key Name = Sunflowerseed101.mp4

 

a + b = http://birdseed.s3.amazonaws.com/Sunflowerseed101.mp4
