[REQ] Daily boxes change needed

I need indicator who shows daily boxes,on all TF,but with 1 hour gap,where the tokyo close and london open overlaps,with manual settings for time zones so we cant put gap on the right place depends of witch time zone we are in,and also manual settings for colors,for box and gap...here is the pic how should look
