I made attempt to make use of Market Analyzer, then applied Indicator, but i am not able to see / select /activate columns with heading like 'Zero line cross over', 'DOBOS Reversal' , 'Trend Reversal' etc., as shown in picture given on page 16-17 of the user / guide help file. Also, steps guide to activate file with extension cs , as i am not knowing how to compile it (from where to press F5, and ensure it is properly compiled) before using it. Kindly guide.
