It's shows in a table the stoch for different TF including lvl and direcction.

When I download it, it is saved as a "file" rather than the usual "EX4 file" so it is unusable by me for Metatrader4. It tried downloading twice and have never had this problem with other downloads...

It's working ok, did you change the "0@" by "oa" in the link?
