From my limited scope of knowledge and from learning on this forum I can tell it's something that opens a lot of trades. Eg. max trades buy=31 max trades sell=31 Quantum step buy, pip step, lock ratio buy=0.5, lock ratio sell=0.5. Parameter explanations in Ruski. I'm guessing it's an EA that can open a lot of trades and then maybe start to increase lot sizes. I'd wack it on demo GBP/USD-EUR/USD 1 hr chart and then you'll probably find out. #:-S
