Having difficulty in grasping the interpretation of this. When I tried my, best, I think this is the variation of Stochastic??

 

And I guess we need to build a programmed trading system out of this?? No use as indicator / visual assistance while trading manually?

Yes, this a type of stochastic, but its better because now you can evaluate the candlesticks patterns on it, i think it´s more useful to "predict" reversals
