Coding challenge for powerful system

In the following thread, you'll find a manual which has loads of good general trading info. but also includes a cracking good trading method:

This method uses 4 period RSI and uses trendline breaks in the RSI itself as the main signal to enter a trade.

 

The question to the expert coders out there is "is it possible to create EA code which can identify trendlines in the RSI and trade breaks of them?".

 

If so, I think this could be a very profitable little EA :)
