whitenoise
This company is releasing both a strategy and indicator creator that looks very easy to use. You might still be able to download beta versions of the products before the release in April. I am considering buying the Pro versions of these, which will display the MQL code, but I am interested if any programmers here think this would be worth the purchase. The bundle is 50% off ( About $93 USD) if purchased next week. TIA. http://www.molanis.com/
Starting
Re: Is anyone familiar with Molanis? Not familiar with this software, but another good software Visual Trading Studio was freely shared on II last year. If you use search you might still find it available somewhere. Personally I prefer to learn and write the code myself, as only then you understand how it its actually being processed to trading terminal and you might get better idea how to improve, and new ideas as well rather than when code is written by software. So imo manual coding actually expands your creativity to a greater extent than just ticking the boxes in software. But try it yourself, maybe this software will work as you expect. :)
whitenoise
Re: Is anyone familiar with Molanis? Thank you for the advice. I will try searching for the other product. I would not rely completely on this product alone to learn coding. I just thought it might give me a jump start if I could start off with a simple indicator, run it through this program and then take a look at the code once it was finished to see how everything works...
