Have you demo it and compare it to a backtest? check out the last couple of grids. it goes from going up nicely to being flat. the next move could be starting to lose, like the other EAs. run it previous to 2009 and you cop some nasty drawdowns. Most of time, i have to manually close trade when its loosing profits. as i look in to the codes at "int IsTradeTime()"; it's very difficult to understand where to narrow the trading period. can anyone provide guidance on the modification? apologize for my bad English.. leonfoo Posted July 13, 2010 Report Share Posted July 13, 2010 seem like the trading period were controlled by the dll file ( and initially link to "gi_152"). but it doesn't seem difficult to modify it in order to narrow the trading period. currently the trading period is 3 hours.
