i warn however, they seem to be curve fitted. look at the last two grids, which appear to be the out of optimisation range.

I decompress de .zip, write de key but I can not get the contain.

 

Is it happening to anybody else?

It's not a zip, it's a rar. Use winrar and it'll work.

That is just a text message that the EA displays, unrelated to the "protection". It will not actually expire. If you want it gone, decompile it and remove the message.

If you're referring to the limitation discussed above (the "licensed until" comment on the chart), there's no need to remove it.

Thought I had the news ea setup in time (yesterday afternoon) for nfp today. However it took no trades. Does anyone else have this running and if so, did it take trades as it should have today? usdjpy made big moves, which I am sure this ea was supposed to catch, since it only trades nfp days?

I think this profit is from some other EAs. The QuantumNews EA only activate trades from 0GMT Tuesday after the NFP. The trades for the last Friday NFP will not be started until the coming Tuesday.

Thanks for that clovelly, I wasn't able to read the code well enough at all to figure out exactly when it trades. I'll keep it running then this week to see what it does.

What makes you think that quantum news is curve fitted? Have you demo it and compare it to a backtest?
