Re: G7_USD Indicator

@petewright,

bring the indicator up on the chart to see the property-tabs like Common, Inputs, Colors, Levels.

Click on Colors.

Choose color "NONE" for those lines you don´t want to see on your chart.

Keep "Aqua" for EUR

and "White" for USD

Close the indicator-property and you will only see EUR and USD lines.

For all who don´t want to insert the number, here is an educated version which works

without inserting the number:

benny3 here is the educated does not need 6303590 input ENJOY

Re: G7_USD Indicator

Anyone is going to start trading When Asian opened tomolo?

Generally speaking, do you trade on Monday morning when market open.

So far, I had bad experience most of the time.. But now, with this indicator, I am thinking of trading & see if it really works in all kind situation.

I am also going to try for this week trading without my breakeven settings on.

See if it going to generate more pips.

1st TP = 15pips,

2nd TP = 30pips

SL 20pips

Breakeven = at spread after 15pips 1st TP (It is a live account, so i still need to protect it haahah).

Trail stop = not set.

Let's make money in this 1st week of 2010!!!

Re: G7_USD Indicator

The G7_USD Forex Currency Strength Indicator acts as a very useful meter that is used to find the weakest and strongest currency pair. Similar to the MegaTrendFX FlowMeter.

I have been using the MegaTrendFX FlowMeter with my trading system. The G7_USD is currently being tested and compared to the FlowMeter to see which is better for my system.

Instructions are easy, place on any pair and you can gauge which pair has the strongest compared to the weakest. Another words, where the money is being traded in the forex.

If you only trade certain pairs, you can go into the properties and remove the colors (currency pairs) you don't use.

This is recommended for 1 minute and higher charts.

Color Legend:

Red = JPY

White = USD

Yellow = AUD

Blue = GBP

Medium Orchid = CHF

Green = CAD

Aqua = EUR

Note: Once you install indicator into your MT4/Expert/Indicator folder..restart MT4. Go to new chart (any time frame) > navigator button > custom indicators > click on C7_USD indicator and drag onto chart. Once on cart..click on upper toolbar charts button > Indicator list > (new window) click on G7_USD and then imput. On bottom line, click on to open and insert the following numbers: 6303590. Click ok > click close.

You should see the G7_USD indicator opening up on a lower window.

This was introduce to me by our forum member Chankl78 and he is about to head out to celebrate his second anniversary with his wonderful wife in Malaysia. These are his trading instructions for this system:

1) When a pair crosses, I will wait for 3 mins to 4 mins to see if the signals going opposite direction with the 2 lines pointing away from each other.

2) I will Buy or Sell depending on which currencies is stronger. (For example, White Line is USD, Eur is Aqua line, if White is on top of Aqua, I will Sell. If Aqua is on top of White, I will buy

3) I will close the trades when there is crosses or if it hit my Stoploss or breakeven pips I set.

I hope you like this indicator. Please send a thanks to our friend Chankl78 for sharing this indicator. He's attempting to make an EA out of it.

Happy 2010 New Year

Yarman

Where can I find Yarman's original trading system and the MegaTrendFX FlowMeter indicator threads?Please somebody help me.

Re: G7_USD Indicator

Yarman the system I posted makes good pips every week but today incorporating G7 as currencies get stronger then plotting high & low I may only use the trailing stop & leave T/P open 6 trades I open today would have yielded nearly 400 GREEN PIPS with no T/P enjoy 8-)
