If the need is not so pressing, i think other charting software that our fellow brothers have shared here is enough... just giving frank view.... The best software is the one that fits YOUR individual requirements as a trader. All the charting packages are different and have their individual strentghs and weak points. Having used Ninja, Ensign Software, SC, Investor/MD, MT I can only confirm my opinion. I tried with FXCM feed and didn't work. Doesn't support cqg feed as far i saw. Maybe you can try with IQfeed. I think the cool thing about Sierra its the speed and also the feed they provide. Having said that if you have IQfeed and ninja or market Delta with market profile and volume profile and a fast computer you will achieve the same. Nowadays i prefer ninja mainly because its more flexible and there is more knowledge being shared with it. One example is you cannot have more than 2 or 3 session splits in sierra while in ninja you can get any sort of number of sessions. It works awesome but this old version (753) does not come with many market/volume profile tools, I don´t think. Has anyone been able to apply the volume ladder indicator shown by "the driver" in the 753 oldie? By the way, the 93-day free trial offered by SC does not allow you intraday connection, only EOD, I believe. I am using IB data, probably that is the problem. Below is the study. To add the study, just place the file on C:\SierraChart\Data.
