;) ballentine does not like another EA or MANUAL trade that has pending order when U use ballentine no other EA's U have running on MT4 should not be using GU or GJ & make sure U gmt hour is correct I trade live axisodl & have no problems if Ballentine wins monday tuesday wednesday = 120 pips I may not trade thursday but I DO trade it on friday TOO many profit takers enjoy crushbeat 1 S/L in 3 weeks

Is there an indicator that goes with this? In the manual it says there is an indicator, but none is provided with in the folder. There are 2 EAs, a DEF file and a DLL file.

 

Any ideas?

U do not need the indicator ;)

which ea? the usd ea is a butt kicking machine? one loss since june 17th. the gby ea does lose a little more, but not much, friday volatility, NFP news, don't trade it after euro open.

The version posted here is not working properly, I have to restart my Mt4 everyday to get it to work... It has large SL which I dont like... For me is more like B rather than A+++

I would like to reaffirm my friend mak2009's view.

 

Firstly, why remove backtesting capability, surely this signals a blowup at some point.

 

Secondly,

 

GBPJPY Default Settings:

4 digit broker default values:

Default Take Profit is=25 pips

Default Stop Loss=75 pips

Default Entry Points= 2

Default Trailing Stop =5 (20 pips trailing stop)

 

5 digit broker default values:

Default Take Profit is=250 pips

Default Stop Loss=750 pips

Default Entry Points= 20

Default Trailing Stop =50 (20 pips trailing stop)

 

GBPUSD Default Settings:

4 digit broker default values:

Default Take Profit is=25 pips

Default Stop Loss=150 pips

Default Entry Points= 3

Default Trailing Stop =5 (20 pips trailing stop)

 

5 digit broker default values:

Default Take Profit is=250 pips

Default Stop Loss=1500 pips

Default Entry Points= 30

Default Trailing Stop =50 (20 pips trailing stop)

 

NEED I SAY MORE???

 

I would actually say it is no better than any other robot on the market in terms of risk/reward, maybe the trailing stop at a well known breakout time could be useful, we shall see what happens in the future.

:P version posted on this page works perfectly well on 1 small loss for week so far only problem is U must close MT4 next day & open it & EA will trade that day 5wins 1 small loss week so far & I do not trade this EA on friday enjoy =D>

Hi all,

New wersion of BallentineFX BreakOut would be released soon with new futures such as:

- support ECN brokers

- support Strategy tester

- support USDJPY,EURJPY,AUDJPY pairs

- support weekend trade option (do not trade on fri/mon)

- some other things

;) make sure U have no other EA using pairs GU & GJ as this EA does not like it next attach EA to chart only setting U change License key =12345-12345 U broker gmt mine gmt=0 & thats it do not change chart time frame just leave it at tf1hr. next day turn platform off & restart & ballentine regroups for next day trade & also do not worry about checking license on chart when time comes to place pending buy/sell orders it will happen just do as I have outlined next monday my trades are normally complete 4pm on gmt+8 of each day to see what I mean place EA on backtest GU 1hr & watch first 2 days trade then MT4 will FREEZE no damage done ENJOY 8-)
