As it is a neural network, and doesn't write data to file, after attaching it needs some time to collect information. Try to use it in a freshly installed mt4.

Does anyone have one that works? Thanks The ver. posted here is working for me with default settings with usual MT4 platform. I tried on 4 digit broker. The thing with it that it's very consistent... in blowing account. This type of EAs should be looped couple of times on history somehow, to make it able to recognize historical patterns. So simple testing in tester shows trades, piles of them, but account is going south...
