Chip4Pips
Anybody have the Squeeze Play Version 2.1 EA from MT Programming: http://www.mtprogramming.com/advisors.html EURGBP backtest looks interesting; claims to be a multi-scalper. Chip4Pips
Re: [REQ] Squeeze Play Version 2.1 EA I don't believe that it is; looks like it's just a name to me. However, we would need to see the code to make sure.
San4x
Re: [REQ] Squeeze Play Version 2.1 EA Appears v3.1 is out. Looks impressive. Performance: http://www.mtpr0gramming.com/advisors.html (half way down - tons of links). Also have a look at the chart with trades....almost seems perfect...? http://www.mtpr0gramming.com/images/expert_advisors_for_sale_2.jpg Note: change "0" to regular "o" in the links. zoop
Re: [REQ] Squeeze Play Version 2.1 EA Remember ISEA? Or the Holy_Grail EA? If you do .. then you know what this EA is like. If you don't know these just know that in order for this EA to work you must trade it at some imaginary broker that has 2 pip spreads on the EURGBP during Asia. And the market must be rangebound, otherwise the EA crashes even with a 2 pip spread on the EURGBP. Don't waste another second of your time on this crap.. looking at the backtests its not like ISEA as the brokers used and recommended are all ECN brokers with more than 2 pips spread max spread on back tests looks like 10 pips ie alpari, ibfx

Optimizing now. We'll see. Is this version 2.1 or 3.1? Cheers, San. P.S. This does not look like ISEA...code's very different. Quote Thanks for the kudos...much appreciated! ⭐ fxknight
Re: [REQ] Squeeze Play Version 2.1 EA It definitely is not the same code as ISEA but the concept is very similar. Best thing to convince yourselves of how useless this EA is is to run it a backtest on a broker like Broco that has > 2 pip spread on the EURGBP on M15. The account gets blown after few weeks even at 3 pip spread which is almost impossible to get anyway in real trading. Changing the spread with a program like SymbolsEditor" to 2 pips makes the backtest very profitable. Cheers
