The customer service is good through the online chat window. They are not great responding to emails. Just because they are Russian doesn't mean they are not good. Hell I went through a nightmare with Alpari UK and I am sure you would say they were good because they are in the UK. They (Alpari) are the worst broker I have come across and I have five brokers besides them (spreading risk). None of which are located in the UK or USA
