scorpion
Re: ivy bot - decompiled I have the original version, I alpari post 2 weeks ago and I only have 5 trading days of July 29/30/31, all with USDJPY, and 8 pips profit, I suspect that this is a bad version Mega*Droid, optimized for these pairs,

Hacker1713006064
Re: ivy bot - decompiled You guys need to leave this one alone.. If you go over the the ORIGIONAL ivy thread you see that this Newest version is entirely different than the origional ivy which worked very well until a big drawdown hit and it couldnt handle it.. This Newest version was posted on their site only 2 days before the OFFICIAL launch and was shown to be worthless before the scammer emails hit your inbox... They made big mistake and left the ftp server open for anonomus download.. We had the origional ivy over 2 months ago... Do a search on IVY.. But this version is nothing but a money sucker for the SCAMMERS..

Just do a simple file compare and you will see that the only differences are the start up variables.. TakeProfit, dds_delay, PinUnder, LongCut, CrmRpm, PoundLevel are different between eur/usd and eur/jpy.. Other than that the inside code is the same.. If the coders had been worth a crap they would have only needed 1 ea and a section that applied the individual pair parameters.. This whole ivy thing is a joke compared the one they put out a month or so before the "official" release.. Bait and Switch like you have never seen... manganate
Re: ivy bot - decompiled I'm amazed that this scam bot is still being looked at. I have a suggestion: the mods should create a [bin] category (like [req]), where bots which are shown to be scams after a reasonable discussion period go. Maybe we can have a poll associated with each new bot to determine when it should be relagated to the [bin]? Is this possible William, Texan, machsus, finimej? :)>- Quote When mind lingers in one place efficiency is lost

plypun
Re: ivy bot - decompiled Hello All, Anyone want me to put ivybot in to my bin. But I can see the good result on forward test at www*peacearmy*com. :) Please check this link. h**p://www.forexpeacearmy.com/metatrader_expert_advisor/ivy_bot/demo I guess , the ivybot which show on this site is not the newest version. It's only version 4.9 . Please somebody help us to find the newest version for forward test . My forward test still not open any opsition by ivybot4.9 . But another EA on my VPS 's demo account keep some pips for me last week. Thanks. Sincerely, Plypun
Stormin_Norman
Re: ivy bot - decompiled 1 week's positive forward test is within expectation. show me at least 3-6 months of forward tests before anything can be concluded. backtests show periods of good form, before slumping terribly. manganate
Re: ivy bot - decompiled Only a naïve person would believe everything written on forex EA web pages, but I am amazed at the lengths to which those sellers will go. Ivybot is a prime example. Here we have 3 industry experts giving their verbal opinions (mp3) after beta-testing this ea: Jeremy Friedman, Autotrade Pros LLC Gary Gilmore, GG Trading Jeff Turnblom, Trading Global Inc Some might think that they would be in the pay of Ivybot, but no. I am reminded of Henry Lusting here: [url]http://indo-investasi.com/viewtopic.php?p=44922#p44922[/url] Jeremy has exactly 2 entries in Google: Ivybot and voice123. Gary doesn't even rate. Jeff has a "404 not found" on "Ideas into Gold," but wants feedback on voice123, under the name of Gregory, "A talented voice producer..." He has 4 mp3 entries, including "Corporate Demo.mp3" and "Expert Analysis Jeff Turnblom.mp3" Gregory/Jeff does get his feedback (from J.S.Gilbert): "Greg, I t5hink you need some more practice and perhaps taking some traditional acting classes and improv workshops would help. Simply put, it sounds like you are reading and not protraying or being or doing. If you were expereinceing what you are saying, there would be more of a depth and expression of emotions and it would seem more realistic." I am not criticizing these actors or their fellow actors' comments; they have been hired to do a job. I am re-emphasising the extent to which - in my opinion - underhand forex websites will go to sell their scams. If only they would put this kind of effort into developing artificial expert advisors as they do into producing artificial expert advisors. If the latter expert does not check out, why should I bother with the former expert? My next question is: who is Todd, and had MQL been invented at the time he had written the Ivybot formula on that chalkboard? :)>- Quote When mind lingers in one place efficiency is lost
