Hi,

I confirm 100% your backtest. I get exactly the same. The only way to make it better (IMHO) is to apply a filter like the Damiani_Volt (M15) and let the filter select when it should trade. The Damiani_Volt filter checks for volatility and a sideways market which MegaDroid likes to trade. In any trending market MegaDroid performs poorly. This is also a recommendation for the MegaDroid team to add Damiami_Volt and let it trade for 24hrs instead of just trading 2 hrs a day. The stats then become much much better. When I have a more stable version with Damiami_Volt filter I will share it. For now it is on the bench. Maybe some of you can think of other indicators to use for filtering the trendy market and allow it to trade only when the market is moving sideways. They should have seen this issue and correct it, rather than rely on some algorithm that performs good only during when the market is stale. See the 24Hrs backtest (with filtering) here:

I agree with all those saying this bot should be bought. I have tested so many bots on here and this, robominer and fap turbo are the only that have seen profit for me; the only I have bothered to pay for...everything else went in the recycle bin pretty quickly. I love that we have this forum to test things and we get to edit all the rubbish/scam/junk-bots; but Megadroid does not fall in that bracket.

 

That said Megadroid admin need to quit their false advertising and be honest about the fact their bot only trades two hours a day. Still, its 12 for 12 for me...good profit this month.

Yesterday's only trade on my IBFX account which failed to reach the TP level eventually closed with a small loss. Yet is was far outweighed by today's two new trades both of which closed in profit on all four accounts. Hence, the current situation on my accounts is as follows:

 

IBFX - balance went up to $3198.86: http://jacobbeasley.mt4stats.com/

 

Alpari UK - balance went up to $3185.85: http://jacobalpari.mt4stats.com/

 

FXDD - balance went up to $3151.60: http://jacobfxdd.mt4stats.com/

Yes it has a magic number it assigns to the trades it opens...you can have open eurusd trades and not worry.

Hi Pipsbuster,

Have you had any trades with version the originally licensed 1.11 version? A friend is running it for last 3 days since it came out on a real micro account and no trades at all. It could be the spread of the EU that it does not like. There are no errors in the Experts Journal and everything seems to be running fine. On the other hand the "cooked" version 1.10b posted here made 5 winning trades during the same time.
