When do you use the risk ?

sometimes the price Reflected on us and all orders in loss and few times may be go direction for you and all orders become profit you will use the risk or not and in other satiation may be your signal the price will go direction in loss you will not use the risk

so I want asking you when do you use the risk if you have signal or not clearly signal you are not sure from your opinion ?

I take risk only when I'm sure about that this risk will give return means when I feel that risk ratio is less than pofit.
