Password can be changed by the trader trader in the Client cabinet or in a setting in the trading InstaTrader. You can change the password trader using the Service Support and mark the following information: account number, phone password and new traders password (Latin letters from 6 to 12 characters). If you forget or lose your phone password, please contact Support via e-mail or [email protected] [email protected], attach a scanned copy of the ID card / SIM and mark the account number. Your trading passwords can be recovered and changed according to your wishes. For hanging PIN need to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with the following information: trading account number, new PIN code (number or numbers and letters on the copy of the ID card / SIM card attached. This type of reward is paid by the broker and not by the follower, who uses the service for free. The commission totals 0.5 pips per 1 lot copied from a trader’s account. This kind of commission enables the trader to increase the project appeal and the number of followers. The follower, in his turn, will be able to copy positions of many traders for free. You can activate commission of new the type in the Profile section of Client Cabinet. Go to Copying Terms and choose Company in the Who Pays Commission section. However, keep in mind that commission per lots traded cannot be combined with other commissions. The WebMoney commission is paid additionally.
