My doctor had been warning me for several years to watch my diet and implement an exercise regimen, but I was just too busy with 3 kids, a full-time job and all of the other things which eat away at our time. After getting the results back from my stress test my doctor gave me some disturbing news: lose 40 pounds or risk not seeing your kids graduate from high school!
