If a trader knows what to do to win, then with LiteForex he/she will have an opportunity to win and take the money. If you are asking about the trading conditions (spreads, swaps, trading instruments etc.) they are usual for forex brokers, not worse, not better. It was founded in 2005 and now it has representative offices in many countries. Today the company has become a world famous brand.
