I cant simply find the original 4.2.8 .dmg installer :(
-
Wise words!
I'm using cfd as i dnt know how to load historical contract on futures! :(
I must have phisically stored on my local database expired contracts?
-
Mmmh i think i was wrong too because i was also expecting the long bounce :)
At least now my fibs are the same as yours: 78% as you pointed out is last barrier for the long bounce, and 127% extension should be the 1st target if it breaks the low
Also 50% 1872.50 is good to short if now it makes a slow retracement to it
-
Ok gotcha 4.2.8 is earlier then 4.2.17, i dnt understand why they dnt simply named it version 4.3, i guess only to confuse my mind
I hv to find a way to downgrade my current version or find the older one
-
Win cure works great.
I cant understand why downloadable version from the website is older then the cured version...still version 4.2.17
So the cured verion is higher then the current one...
I would need the 4.2.8 .dmg installer for mac
-
I think the crack files provided should works also on mac version, i've located where they in the .app folder, but they doesnt work with current version.
Anyone have the original 4.2.8.dmg installer for mac, to give a try?
Or also this one, if someone got and could please upload it:
goo.gl/gRJ1bG
This one would be perfect as 4.20 is my favourite version

I dont know if i'm using them properly but for now they're useful to keep things in order.
I measured extension from overnight-low to low-of-day and it's exactly 138.2% of prev. measured move, while the 38.2 of this morning acted as resistence twice. Now i've redraw short term leg (yellow). Not so choppy but still a rangy day, nice daily pin.
-
The trendline (i'm using level 3 points) filtered out well the overnight low giving the correct timing for entry
I've updated the Fibs to the new low: 38.2 hit and has resisted for the moment. Looks like it gonna be quite choppy btw

(i hv some problem with image cropping...)
BTW nice confluence for a bounce, 1 step down and i think we can repeat the process for intraday:
-First signal for a long for me now would be the break of the TD lines, with 38.2 also in a nice volume confluence as 1° TG and pivot for further upmoves/downtrend continuations

So, ...just thinking out loud, if we have a swing high enough to meet our zig-zag criteria, we can draw new fib down and look at 38.2 as pivot, then when engulfed we can establish the new top?

Thanks TB, nice call! The difference between our legs it's an easy problem to be solved: it all depends on how deep must be a swing to be considered...we are doing it in a discretionary way but we can simply define a minimum heigh on the zig-zag:
Both are right depending on what you consider major and which minor swings.
Also what Wcicom told makes sense to me, wait the break of 38.2 from last leg to consider a new low established, could be a good rule

Tnks Wcicom for your feedback too! I would just like to keep in sync with the same things that the majority of ppl are seeing...
I imagine a lot of small weak hands who try to emulate the TB style will fade the early fibs but since they're undercapitalized and they usually sucks at taking profits there will be plenty of stops just all over the fibs to provide fuel (fibo-squeezer)

Thanks for your feedback! Btw that's the fractal nature of the market: small fishes have to scalp small bites at a time while big pockets can relax while cumulate positions :">

There's some way to hav the Mac version cured?

Hi TB, here's my Fibs, my bias is long on 38 and prev. Week VA to target 50 and 61.8 LVN
How does it fit into your view?

I'm very very sorry laser, but i forgot i'm not paying the eurex subscriction, only the cme, i tried and i was not able to download older expirations :(
Here there's daily data https://www.quandl.com/collections/futures/eurex-dax-futures
If i found something else i post it here, i try ask some friend
-
I can only export tick-by-tick, or minute data. It should not be difficult then to aggregate the data in 5 minute or higher TFs, using software like tickstory or similar one.
I'll download and post here in the next days also older expiration of dax futures!
-
Hey laser, let me know if this .csv can be helpfull:
Dax Dec 15, 1 minute, last price data, format txt
If it works i'll try to download also older expirations
-
"IsActivated" i like that function name! Wish you good luck! :)

Now that you reminded me, i was having troubles with Jan Silver contract on Multicharts through CQG....it loaded the chart but then no real-time data coming...in the meanwhile i was keeping opened EuroFx and mini Nasdaq without problems....
I had some trouble also with the crude oil, yours is working allright?
-
CQG + NT7 Auction Dashboard is correctly backfilling historical ask-bids
-
Thanks David! Unfortunately, only Ninja stuff.
BTW, the orderbook oscillator look quite easy to code, i'll try to do something similar if i'm able to
-
Hello guys...i'm looking for a tool to keep record of big bid/offers, watch book pressure...in short, any useful information that can be extracted from level 2 data. Any indicator for Tradestation/multicharts can do what i'm looking for? I can't find nothing... :(
