There is a difference between the real cqg feed and amp/cqg, real cqg feed is better, amp has issues sometimes.

OptionVue works realtime with IB and TOS either demo or live account. You can get realtime from Optionvue directly but it will cost.

 

But there is no crack available for it?

I think QuoteTracker was free, but it doesn't seem to be really updated anymore, although a new re-written version is supposed to come out soon.
