You can push the "Thanks" Button showing up on the left side of the post, if I remember correct, you need at least 5 Posts until you can give thanks, maybe more I am not sure.

The value area lines refresh based on your session template. Go to Data Series and select "Default 24/7" as the session template. This will make the lines refresh at 23:00cst or midnight est.

Also, I know Reflector is the go to decompiler + assembly browser of choice but can ILSpy or Reflexil (http://reflexil.net/) be an equally good alternative? (Many pluses for ILSpy, foremost being the cost, free!)

Whereas 6.5 was a resource hog 7 is usable with only one processor thread if you don´t run too much indicators/charts/instruments and configure them to mostly calculate on bar close. So i hope it will be grandfathered some longer as doing the switch to 8 means you could also migrate to other softwares that can calculate the indicators one has learned to read.
 
For me it means to start out fresh again if there is no alternative to 7 after demoing so much last year and finally wanting to go live again. I also think that software and data/access to the exchange has to be independent as there might be some conflict of interest what concerns execution and data quality/delay.. I had very bad experiences with Metaquotes and GFT, hope this is not another step to profit off retail orderflow HFT wise.

The "code breaking" aspect of NT8 is the biggest concern I have. I will likely hang on to NT7 until the end and beyond. I have a stable trading platform and plan as it is currently, without the need to "upgrade" to NT8. As I understand it NT will not "phase out" NT7 for the foreseeable future.

Most puzzling indeed.Just to be sure, you can see the VisualV FibCluster and the Ergodic oscillator on the chart when you select them,confirmed?
Also only the Ergodic is available? Because in post #32,orfila has uploaded the link to 6 VisualV indicators.
And are you positive you uploaded the .cs files to ..bin/custom/indicator directory?
and btw you stated that you saw all the other VisualV indicators when you opened Edit Indicator? If that is the case, then it means the indicators were compiled without problems and really you should be able to see and select them from the indicator list in chart.They all start with VisualV.You are sure you don't see them?Maybe do a hard reboot of your comp and try again?
