If you have issues with educated versions of NT7 under Windows 8.1 follow the following steps:
- download the new XML config file from www.ninjatrader.com/NTConfig.xml and put this file in the license emu folder... If there is, delete app.config file in the emulator folder....
- Under Windows 8.1 if you do not want to see errors when you quit from emulator, you have to run it with administrator rights (if you want it runs automatically flag the following box in the shortcut of the file: right click, properties, compatibility, run this program as admin)

All I can do is share the files I collected from this thread.
I installed this awhile ago and it's still working fine. I don't remember anything special about the install though sorry. I think it may be discussed earlier in this thread

Istructions:
1) Install NinjaTrader.Install.msi
2) Run emulator setup
3) Run file "Nt7LicEmu.exe" and press the 'Start' button. !!! You MUST always run the License emulator and click 'Start' before running NT7 !!!
4) Run NinjaTrader 7. The first run will start in simulation mode. Once it starts you can enter the registration number...

With my emu setup file you don't need to copy any file (dll), because setup automatically overwrites original dll(s) with educated ones, it copies emulicense in NT7\bin folder, then creates a shortcut to desktop of emulicense, so you can run it from desktop! :-) :-) :-)

With AMP futures with CQG data feed TT transactions (0,10$ per contract) will be charged from your futures account balance so you do not need to buy credits from NT site, in fact without buying NT TT credits, SuperDom works fine (you have only to enable superdom when you request cqg data feed) and SuperDom fees will be charged in your account as well as profits, losses, transaction costs and CQG trade route... I tried with Rithmic data feed and doesn't work, maybe Rithmic does not have integration like CQG with your AMP futures account...
 

 
I'm sorry for NT 7.21 I have only full setup files... When I'll be at home I'll check if I have educated dll(s) and if works with .22 emu license...
