I am not sure how you used this system. One thing for a certain is that you just cant jump in a trade just because an arrow appears. First, understanding that it is called "scalper". So, don't try to go for a home-run here. That's one. Secondly, when an arrow appears, we need to wait for a candle to fully close and then the arrow is going to be plotted there - solidly. Then and then, we enter at a close/break of that candle or better pricing. The big arrow is to tell the "over-all" of that specific move and the small arrows are for the "pull-backs". So if I have a solid big arrow, let's say a buy one and then a minute later, I have a small red arrow, I shall enter a buy/long trade at the break/close of the candle (that has that small red arrow) and vice versa for sell/short. They use 5M chart time frame. We have plenty of time to prepare for an order using chart trader just by dragging it to where the candle is about to close.
Bottom line is, we need to wait for a candle to fully close and for a signal to solidly plot, then we enter at the close/break of the signaled candle. Having a bar-timer on the chart helps a big deal. If we immediately jump in a trade just cuz an arrow appears on the chart and it has not yet permanently plotted, we are going to get killed. Adding and EMA/SMA 20/50/200 can help out a bit.
I am not an affiliated for this system, just to be clear. I have been using it for many years with success, as I only need a point of two per day scalping the ES to make my daily income. No sweat and no stress. Just my two cents.

    Hello Friends
Rarely I recommend an indicator. There are hundreds or maybe thousands and almost all of them are worthless.

Trading is a never ending search, at least for me- I keep looking, using , adding , changing till I get better results.

Mboxwave was never one of may favorites but since they made the new update ( I believe 2 or 3 ) I have been fascinated by some of their indicators.

I will add few screenshots later so you can judge for yourselves.

The amazing items here just to help are the perfect coordination between his buyes- sellers indicators, the kontlrol dots and the ablesys signals- again you be the judge.
These 3 indicators were not in the previous version- there is no repainting etc.

Its a very expensive indicator set and there is no free trial.

I spoke with Jhon Snow and he will sell it to Indo members for the amazing price of $50.00 yes FIFTY . I told him that the combination of mbox and Ablesys is more than

amazing so he agreed to add it to mbox for FREE.

All I ask is that if you read this post please hit the "LIKE" button so I can tell how many read it.

Again- to be clear- I get NOTHING from this , i am just looking for the benefit of indo traders.

Take care and hope that helps

Jhon Snow imho is the best , he stands behind his customers and supplies updates usually for free.

If you wanna be simple and stress free with your trading, try this...I would dare say, you would easily obtain your 1 point or 2 points per day with ES futures. And, really, that is all that you truly need to make a decent living.
Try "Candle Stix" from Neutrostreet package, then add AuSuperTrend. Only take candle stix signals that are in same direction of AuSuperTrend.
Don't just take my word for it. Try it and you shall see.
    Have fun.

    OBEL v1.00 + OBEL engine v1.00

Here goes the first public version of OBEL (Options break-even levels).

I separated it into two parts: an expert advisor "OBEL-engine" and an indicator "OBEL". The reason being, compared to the scripts and expert advisors the MT4 indicators are not multi-threaded. Instead, they all run in the same thread as the main program. This is quite dangerous as every computing-intense piece of code can virtually freeze the whole Metatrader. Now, even though the whole downloading/processing/saving cycle takes less than 10 seconds per instrument even those few seconds may be crucial if you just at that moment want to close a position, let alone a rare case when due to some kind of timeout (harddisk, network, remote CME server) the program would hang for a longer period or even indefinitely. Therefore I've made this part of the code in the form of expert advisor to stay safe. So what you need to do is simply to attach the EA to any chart, no matter of what symbol.

    OBEL-engine

    Description

OBEL-engine is an MT4 expert that at given interval periodically downloads and processes CME Options settlement data from the following web pages:

    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/australian-dollar_quotes_settlements_options.html
    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/british-pound_quotes_settlements_options.html
    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/canadian-dollar_quotes_settlements_options.html
    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/euro-fx_quotes_settlements_options.html
    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/japanese-yen_quotes_settlements_options.html
    http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/fx/g10/swiss-franc_quotes_settlements_options.html

The Options data is downloaded for the most recent trading day and the nearest month expiry, and if they differ also for the nearest quarter-month expiry. Within the processing the data is unified to the format CME maintains in the respective daily bulletin PDFs, then the break-even points are calculated (for an explanation see post #820), converted to the FX format if necessary (i.e. JPYUSD -> USDJPY) and finally stored locally as CSV. The filename convention is OBEL_symbol_date.csv (i.e. OBEL_EURUSD_2012.10.24.csv).

When the new data is downloaded, it is first compared to the previously gathered data and processed only if the data seems to differ. Due to the fact that CME web pages are dynamically generated it may happen that the webpage differs in the HTML code although the actual Options data does not differ. That's why there is a second level verification after the data is processed and when it turns out the data doesn't really differ the locally stored CSV files are not overwritten. Hence the log message "Possible new data gathered" followed by "No new data found".

OBEL-engine is quite talkative during its work, all its messages can be found in the experts log. Optionally the verbosity can be increased by enabling the GetHTML logging. Also, all the log messages can be completely turned off by another option.

At the first sight it may seem unreasonable to download the web pages repeatedly throughout the day as the Options settlement data is supposed to be published only once a day, but in fact according to the CME the data is published and republished repeatedly (preliminary version, final version) so instead of handling the timezones in order to determine what time of your local computer corresponds to the CST times I just let it do the downloading continuously to make sure that I have always the most recent data. In you are concerned about the amount of Internet traffic you can enable the GetHTMLverbose parameter and see how much data is actually downloaded in every cycle and adjust the RefreshEveryXminutes parameter to your needs.

    Parameters

RefreshEveryXminutes (15) - the interval to download web pages (applies only when the whole process finishes with success; in case of any kind of error the process is repeated in 5 minutes).
GetHTMLverbose (false) - the option to show messages related to the downloading.
Silent (false) - the option to turn off all messages.

    OBEL

    Description

OBEL is an MT4 indicator that periodically reads the local CSV files and draws the lines according to its settings. You can choose whether to draw the break-even lines for the nearest month expiry, or the q-month expiry, or both. You can have lines of up to 5 different thicknesses and for each thickness you can set a different color, all that separately for Call type and Put type of lines. You can choose whether the selected colors will get their intensity adjusted based on the ratio of given OI compared to the maximum OI found and this intensity adjustment can be based on either linear or logarithmic function.

When determining what thickness and color should a level be drawn with, the first highest matching criteria will be used. For example, if MinOIforWidth1=300, MinOIforWidth2=1000 and MinOIforWidth3=2000, and given level has OI 1900, the Width2 parameters will be used.

Furthermore, you can choose whether or not to show the text description for each line and what this description should include. Also, you can choose whether the lines will be drawn on the background (beneath the chart candles) or foreground.

Last, but not least, you can choose whether you want the indicator to redraw the lines every time it checks the file, or only once it detects a new data. This can be useful if you for example want to temporarily move or even delete some line(s) just for a little while until the next file-check (RedrawOnlyWhenNewData is disabled), or for as long as no new data is found (RedrawOnlyWhenNewData is enabled).

    Parameters (except the self-explanatory ones)

VariableColorsAdjust (1) - if UseVariableColors is enabled, this parameter determines the curve used for the color intensity calculation. Minimum value is 0.001 which results in a linear function where the intensity of a color is linearly proportional to the ratio of given OI to the max OI. Higher the value is, more the function becomes logarithmic so that even low OI lines will be visible.
RefreshEveryXminutes (5) - the interval to check the file for a possibly new data (applies only when the whole process finishes with success and the data found - regardless whether new or old - is relevant; in case the file does not exist or the data is not in the correct format the process is repeated in 1 minutes).

Here is a copy of Dittman's Forex Super Scalper from April of 2012 which I don't believe has been shared here. He has another earlier Super Scalper that uses a Hull Moving Average. This one I am sharing uses no indicators and is good only on the one hour chart. Currently I have been working on an improved version of this which will include a recovery method for potential losing trades. I invite any experienced traders to provide their input because I am finding that this system has some real potential for making a lot of money.

I'm going to discuss how I learned the Star System. I don't know of anyone that purchased the system and read through the instructions once and instantly picked up on it. I'm no exception. Although I've been trading the forex for many years, I purchased the STAR System because I didn't see any b.s. in the advertising of the system. After trading for many years, we can pick up on what may or may not be good trading systems by checking out the websites.

I picked up on no b.s. alerts while reading Tom's website. What I read really impressed me and I took the leap. If I see a trading system that I like, I will purchase it. The Nexgen3 System cost me $16,500 not including feed fees etc and I purchased a few more that exceeded a few thousand in price tag. My point is that I bought Tom's System for a merely $100.

The trading system arrived within a few hours of purchase and I was eager to open it up. Something told me that what I had in front of me was going to be a very valuable asset. I then thumbed through the instructions and my head started to spin 360 degrees. The first thing that crossed my mind was that I was in for a challenge. I made sure I had plenty of black and color ink in my printer and I spent the next hour printing everything off and making a neat notebook. There are times when I would like to get away from my computer and lead a normal life.

The Nexgen3 was bringing in nice returns but I still wasn't satisfied. I can't answer why traders always continue their search of the holy grail when their present system works. I would read the system's lengthy instructions for 5-6 hours at a time and really get burnt out. A lot of it was confusing and I couldn't put my finger on why but I knew that this was a system I must learn. I then remembered that one's attention span in school would not last more than 45 minutes at a time. I then made up a schedule where I would not go over 45 minutes in my study schedule. So, while being a full time trader, I would pick up my notebook and read for this amount of time and then put it down for the next 2 hours. I found that this system worked and the instructions were less confusing since I was mentally fresh and eager to continue. I used a fresh mt4 platform to test the theories behind the trades.

After a few weeks, I felt prepared to take the leap and trade demo on the computer. I played with it for a week switching between the many templates given to me. I then found the patterns that Tom discussed which showed the moments of exact entries and exits. Those tested patterns then proved to be many profitable trades and I finally knew that my patients paid off.

I can see how the learning phase of this system isn't for the majority of traders that want to take the plunge. I have received many pm's asking me if one should purchase the system and I found that I can't give them an answer because I have no idea of their forex experience. I do know that if one has the dedication and determination to take on challenges, I highly recommend that they purchase the system.

Since a STAR Forum was started a few years ago, I highly recommend that traders also grab and print off the materials and add them to their instructional folder. The forum also has great traders that will assist traders if they have any questions.

If someone has any questions, feel free to either post them in the STAR Forum, contact Tom Hennessy by email or post your questions here. I don't check my pm's often but ask that you post your questions directly on the forum.

Please, no rantings from those that state that the system doesn't work or post immaturely like the two clowns that attempted to disrupt this thread..this isn't the place and I was assured by a moderator that they will be banned if they post immaturely as they have in the past. Traders want to learn the STAR, not to again be interrupted by their clown antics.

Feel free to look at the STAR website and check it out. Look at the recommendations on forexpeacearmy and look at the postings by the experienced members on the forum. I would gladly pay $100,000 for the STAR knowing what I now know, and for some strange reason, the system is still extremely inexpensive to purchase.

Remember, I'm not saying you should buy it unless you think you're up to the challenge. If you succeed in the challenge, you will be very successful trading the forex.

    Found the Perfect Trading System

After struggling for 10 years with numerous sleepless nights..I finally got the perfect system....perfect system means ....(drawdown of 1 to 5 pips - 85% of the time......drawdown of 5 to 10 pips - 10% of the time...and in exceptional cases drawdown of 20 pips - 5% of the time) with a risk reward ratio of 1:10-100.......and finally a win ratio of 95-100%...mostly the 5% loss will be breakeven or loss of not more than 10 pips

I understand the crux of making money in forex is confidence and exact entry point.......can you tell when the price is going is break the trendline....can you tell this 30 minutes before the price acutally comes and tounches the line...this is what is the perfect trading system...

No indicators just naked trading so nothing to share, however, anyone struggling to make money...I can help you to recover all your losses in 2 weeks FREE (because I have a full-time job and US market opens at 3 am in the morning so some days I do not trade) ...just thinking how to go about doing this since the the trades need to be taken instantly to have the drawdown of less than 5 pips and since the trades are based on 15 minutes and holding time is average 30 -60 minutes.

Here at this 5M chart you can see 3 potentially great setups. I took #2 and #3 (only because I slept in late, gheghe...)

I normally take trades ONLY when price is above/below all 3 MA's (on pull backs) but since the 75 SMA is closing in on the 200 SMA PLUS there's a DOUBLE divergence
meaning at both indicators, this could have been a nice one! The coloured squares are the London and NY market hours with the overlap in a different colour....

As mentioned before, the 1M timeframe is for my (sharper) entries and exits.

traderwin reacted to ⭐ shicuco in How to download webinars from FXSTREET.COM (or from any website streaming over RTMP)
    Hi everyone

In this thread http://indo-investasi.com/showthread.php/13095-Sam-S3iden/page58?highlight=seiden I posted last Sam Seiden's webinar for Fxstreet and talked about the tools I use to download Fxstreet webinars. I’ve been PMed by several users on how I did it. As my post count is not enough to PM them back, and since this topic could be of interest to some of you, I’ve decided to open this thread.

It used to be easy to download Fxstreet webinars using common Firefox plugins like DownloadHelper, Ant.com or Unplug, but not anymore. Some time ago they decided to make things harder for downloaders, and turned to RTMP streaming, much more difficult to detect, so these plugins don’t work anymore.

But there are some other pieces of software that do capture these streams. I use StreamTransport (freeware) and Internet Download Manager (commercial software). StreamTransport does the job really well and it’s very easy to use, but I find it a bit slow. IDM is faster, and can download RTMP streams, but it finds it hard to detect RTMP urls. So I combine them and take the best of both: I use StreamTransport to reveal the RTMP url and IDM to download the fie. This is how I do it:

    1. Open StreamTransport (available for download here http://www.streamtransport.com/).
    2. StreamTransport looks like an Internet browser, with an URL bar on top. Copy the Fxstreet webinar’s URL and paste it in StreamTransport’s URL bar. StreamTransport will display the webinar’s page.
    3. Scroll down to the video player and play the video.
    4. StreamTransport will show the RTMP URL in the URL box at the bottom.
    5. Click the Show Tasks button on the right. This will show the Download dialog box. Copy the RTMP url showing at the botton of the page.
    6. Open IDM and click the Add URL button, then paste the RTMP URL in the Address box.
    7. Click OK and let IDM do the job.
    8. If you want to download the file using StreamTransport, click the Download button on the right hand side of the window after step 4 above.

I hope you find this useful.

Since last week I have been visualizing the future price move to be intra-week bullish (YTC PAT teach how to visualize the future price move)

On the last paragraph of the post:

    trading-price-action.blogspot.c*m/2012/06/1671-pips-on-june-1st-creative.html

I've been expecting both GBPUSD and EURUSD to have an intra-week bullish move.

"But seeing the M15 chart I was thinking of a short term future price visualization for the next week. Base on the large pile of Buy at this demand area, next Monday i would expect an intra-week bullish move that preceded by a stop hunt low to test the low, straight long trade, or a gap-up price then fill the gap to test the low. Here is where LST and FMM play their part but we already know what to expect. Lets see them prove themselves."

    They were indeed bullish:

EURUSD H1 this week (about 240 Pips weekly range):
    http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-V0Uei-8-l04/T9TIxOLgKII/AAAAAAAAAOU/tP6NSSFQH7c/s640/eu-w.gif

and GBPUSD H1 (about 270 Pips weekly range):
    http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-r-vKhcfcuwo/T9TJA211bKI/AAAAAAAAAOc/v8b8Lrutv1U/s640/gu-w.gif

And the bearish move on Thursday - Friday has also been pre-analyze. Look at the comment on the above mentioned post.

"Since the early week Both EURUSD and GBPUSD indeed move bullish as have been visualized (Monday up, Tuesday correction, Wednesday Up)

As of June 6th, end of US session EURUSD halted by Supply Area while GBPUSD has been halted before US session and made choppy topping formation.

On D1 EueUsd has seen a potential Bearish hidden divergence, means if tomorrow the price reverse down then it would be a bearish resume of a D1 bear.

Align with D1, both H4 and H1 has also showing a potential Bearish Regular divergence, means if the price reverse down then it would be a reversal for H4 and H1

While on M15, EurUsd made a last thrust and halted by a Supply area. If tomorrow M15 reverse down then it would validate the premises for H1, H4 and D1.

Price must turn Bearish around this point to validate the divergence state. Otherwise, if a sentiment occurred and pulled price up that also pulled the divergence away then the divergence setup would be invalidated since H1 H4 and D1 is just a potential divergence, not valid yet.

But seeing all aspect aligned I am strongly believe that my premises would be true.

Remember though, anything could happen. Lets see the market reveal it self."

    And:

"GbpUsd has also showing the same state but the sign on EurUsd were clearer. Tomorrow might be what Steve Mauro called a Mid - Week reversal"

As predicted, EURUSD made 180 Pips bearish range while GBPUSD made 200 Pips bearish range.

See that,,, If you know what to expect you would anticipate the move for the maximum profit. You would also be alert at what area/point should a critical decision to be taken to validate the premises.

But even both pairs bullish it doesn't mean there would be no short opportunity. At least there were 2 short opportunity along the way when the price made corrective on both EURUSD and GBPUSD.

On June 5th EURUSD made sharp corrective:

Well, do not mind about the pips gain (but if you curious zoom the top right hand side to the real time pips gain indicator and count your self). I don't want anyone called me boasting my Pips gain anymore. I was thinking that the Pips gain shown by the indicator on the top right chart was enough.

The point here is, during a bullish move there would be a corrective and the corrective move will always steep like a falling rock, but it must be seek carefully.

    The rest here:

I posted two of loosing trade on June 5th because I don't want to be accused of hiding my loosing trade. And I didn't count the pips as I don't want to be called boasting.

I am still wonder why some reader less attracted on How the trade took and manage. When I was seek for Omotade system (FXCM Micro Winner - 11,000% gain, doubling his initial account by 110 times in one month) I didn't even thinking about searching for his Trade Statement. I was dying hard to find his trading strategy and being told about his trading statement and lot size in the Nigerian's Forex Forum.

As I stated in other posts, I have made a ton of money using Rebellion with just a minor modification. Backtested through just the last 2 days on Euro and GBP pairs it is almost 100%. Never did understand the FMM nor have I heard much good about it.
