Analysts at Capital Economics believe that the greenback will keep strengthening versus its Canadian counterpart this year to 1.0870 by the end of 2012 and to 1.1630 in 2013. The specialists expect loonie to weaken due to declining commodity prices and no Bank of Canada’s interest rate hike this year. Brent crude oil has so far tested the levels below $90 a barrel and Capital Economics forecasts it to end the year at $85 a barrel, while “business investment prospects already look less sure than a month ago.” In addition, the recent revision to mortgage rules in Canada is likely to curb housing activity which accounts for a considerable share of the nation’s GDP. For loonie downside risks outweigh the upside risks, say the analysts.

Strong BUY for AUDUSD

Aussie dollar remains under pressure and traded in negative territory after the opening bell in London, because of risk aversion on Wednesday sharpened.

AUD has enjoyed over the steep side in the first half of June, up from 0.9630 area to levels above 1.0200 due to increased risk appetite and then decreased after that due to faltering euro zone woes intensified.

EUR / USD bounced Away from Session Low

The single currency is now recovering after falling to the lowest strength in the area around 1.2640 yesterday after a disappointing IMP from Germany, and the European Union. In fact, and take only IMP manufacturing, in Germany at 44.7 (forecast 45.2) and UME in 44.8 (est. 44.9).

EUR / USD around 1.2500 after moving in Tokyo

EUR / USD opened the establishment of Tokyo with a negative pattern of soft, fell to session lows of 1.2493 as the market was somewhat cautious on the U.S. before the elections are expected by many Greek people on this Wednesday, but, in minutes, has bounced back on top 1.2500.

For predict NFP contest, if you win twice, the second one you can ask for cash. 8-)
