Hello . I just took 2 more trades. one in E/U and one in U/C both in 5 Min TF. Both trades going no where so has to close them.

As soon as a system starts to look good the "expert" naysayers come out in force lol.

 

As for cherry picking trades, that's exactly what any pro trader needs to do, we don't trade every signal from the system as if we were robots (and that's what makes creating an EA so tricky ;) ).

 

You're doing a great job posting up good and bad trades for everyone to learn from - keep up the good work :)

Hello Everybody... We all are working together to make this system a very professional one...

Soundfx and musketter are doing their best. A far as i am concerned i am just trying to prove a point that this modified ver. is going great, a few modifications here n there are always welcome.

But some people here think that they have deep knowledge about forex trading. well thats good 4 them.. but the point is "Are they able to convert this so called deep knowledge in to "Money", At the end of the day wat matters is how many dollars one lost or gained in his pocket.

People can write long post and go BLAH BLAH BLAH about their wisdom and knowledge in Forex and accuse those people who are trying to share their trading method or sharing screenshots as " GOING OFF TOPIC and POLLUTING THIS THREAD" and even accusing of "CHERRY PICKING THE TRADES".

First of all none of my trades are cherry picked, all of u are reading this thread and know that i have also post my lost trades also and with a reason.

I have been fully transparent with my trading ideas, methods and results. So far apart from me no body has posted screenshots of their closed trades inspite of my humble requests, i dont know wat they are afraid of...:-/

Instead of appreciating my little bit of success that i am having with this "soundfx system" this person is trying to bring me down.. but dont worry that wouldn't happen.. if that would happen that would be bcos of my wrong decision in my trading.

Now i want to Ask this person, Has he the Courage, Guts , And the B@ll$ Of Steel of share his each n every trade trade that he is making.? No long written explanation, pure screenshots with a reason, Seeing is Believing. "A Picture is worth a thousands words"

First of all i entered late. i knew the entry point but took it when it was down at least 20 pips... i was busy replying to a post.. but still after that i was up more than $500 but just didnt close in time.. it all my fault.

i am using may b 2 or 3rd ver, of soundfx system..i have uploaded 4 u .. my settings are default, no change.. i only use the arrows and and master prob. nothing else.

i have a small brain, when things get too complicated it stops functioning.. :))

One thing more always look out 4 daily open high close. yesterday open high close... recent candle highs.. intraday swing high n low... pivots , resistance ans support. these are all basic things which i look 4

i am trying to keep things as simple i can... i believe in KISS

One more thing refrain yourself from overtrading... like yesterday i made $501 and then i didnt trade the whole evening...

Less is more.. their will always be another good day if u didnt trade one day ... stick 2 ur plan n strategy that u have made

Its good not to trade one day, its better than a losing day ..

See everybody has their own style of trading. i personally dont trade b4 london open, i always check news first then accordingly i trade.. my timings are from london open to london close.. when Usa mkt open then also i check 4 news... so u can follow these simple rules and can make ur own trading style that suits u..

I have the EA running since 08/30. lot size 0.16 balance around 1,000 USD. since its been running I had 8 loses trades and 1 winner.

 

its been running 4 trades under London time and still no winners.

Hello yairushalmi... my frnd how can you use ur EA or trade during the news? today there were many imp. euro news coming come out right from the the start of European mkt and the next 3 hrs.

I have a strict policy of not trading during the news how much tempting it may be...

So my advice just shut down ur EA during the news and wait for the things to settle down, u will definately see a major change in results.

Took this trade in "NO NEWS ZONE."

I think i am done 4 the day as imp. news are coming in the next 3-4 hrs, don't wanna risk my hard earned money

psaini1973, you can modify the EA to trade only when there is a new signal, by adding MACD Main and Signal values of shift 2 and comparing to the values from shift 1. Only when shift 2 differ from shift 1, which indicate a fresh cross over of MACD and Masterprob beyond 20, then enter the trade. Hope this helps.

Hello friends,I am here to share my observations based on soundfx's system.My PC is not always ON and cannot observe master probability in real time.So my ideas only based on his macd (24,52,18) cross over signal and macd histogram(with the same settings)

currency pair:EUR/USD

Time frame: 15 min

 

Simple rules

 

long entry: macd buy arrow and macd histogram should be under zero level

 

short entry: macd sell arrow and macd histogram should be above zero level

 

last rule: Please ignore macd above/below zero level rule and follow macd cross over buy/sell signal between 9GMT and 18 GMT.

Also check whether master pro conditions are right when you enter a trade.

Please check the below EUR/USD recent days images and also your mt4 history on 15 min time frame.Thanks

Psaini; The EA will keep entering trades once a trade closes with a TP or SL as long as probability meter is great or less than 20/-20 this way you catch the big moves with many trades of 13 pips profit as it has done today.

Yeah this logic is also correct... may be doesn't suit my style..

Musketeer and Sound FX: Here is an observation I have seen with the EA. As today on the EU we have had a nice down move. The EA will enter a trade and once it hits TP or SL it will enter a new trade with the 13 pips SL and TP. But what happens if the move downward starts to retrace up will it keep firing off shorts until a up signal appears? If it does this it will wipe out all the gains of the down move trades.

Hi jshear. good observation... i was just about to post a similar thot...

1) According to me when a buy or sell arrow is given by the system the EA shld only take one trade per signal and after that it shld wait 4 a fresh signal

2) And when we start our MT4 platform at any given point of time their would be a trade running according to the EA.. it shld wait 4 that signal to be complete and then look for a fresh signal...

My Humble Request to everybody who so ever is using "SoundFx Ver".

Pls Pls share ur screenshots of ur results as i am doing on regular basis...

Lets give soundfx some motivation as the system is performing good, this guy has been working all day n night to perfect this system, but i am sorry to say nobody bother to listen to my request.

There may be some reasons i guess,,

1) People tried it for a day and thot its not good enough...

2) May be some people tried and got some success but they dont want to share there secret strategy which they r using along with soundfx Ver.

Majority of the people without trying this system for some days want this system to be perfect. so as a result soundfx is bombarded with requests to add or delete certain functions, which is a good thing, but the system in present shape is very good...

The proof of the pudding is in the eating

Guys give this system a try and share ur results...

soundfx is going nowhere, he will definately help u out with ur queries as he is doing it already...

Pls dont take my this post in some other way. i just said wat i am seeing 4 the last couple of days...

Took another sell trade in E/U in 5 Min TF.. trade going no where.. no volume. no momentum. no direction... its already close to 10:30 PM here in India... so closed it with a profit of only $21

Total profit for the day is $ 321 :)
