Here is one I have : MACD Alert.ex4
http://www.mediafire.com/?e00y3dpoflic00l
Basically a 12 & 26 ema cross, an Ema crossover indicator would also work.
If you want the cross of the signal line, you need an Osma Alert :
http://www.mediafire.com/?lpofxu5qmyd4dmz
This is a cross-over of the signal line usually 9 ema & the 12 ema Macd Line. A 9 exponential moving average of a 26 exponential moving average, called the Osma.
Please test first on demo. I have not used them for a long time. Appreciate thanks.

I'm afraid that's not OK. I've just prepared a step by step procedure to get your range bar charts. DO NOT MISS ANY STEP.
- Copy the s-Constant Range Bars to your Metatrader Experts folder and restart MT4.
- In the top menu bar click Tools>Expert Advisors and set it as in this pic http://i52.tinypic.com/52gqw3.jpg
and click OK.
- Open an M1 chart, drag the s-Constant Range Bars EA onto the chart and use the settings as in this picture (BarsRange set to 10 and MaxBars set to 1,000,000) http://i56.tinypic.com/34yci6g.jpg
- Keep this 1M chart open all the time. If you don't want it to bother you, just minimize it.
- Now click File>Open Offline, double click EURUSD,M2. That's your range bar chart set to 10 pips per bar. Now you can load all the indicators you want and you don't need to refresh anything. This chart will load every time you open MT4 and will refresh itself as long as that 1M chart you opened at the beginning will stay open. Hope this helps.

===================================
Also, in order to eliminate false signals and choppy conditions, remember to always use the highly correlated pairs to confirm the trade. especially for Renko charts and the Range charts. They are very good at spotting the correlations among highly correlated pairs.
For example, if you trade EURUSD, you should also use the Range bar charts of GBPUSD and AUDUSD side by side for confirmation. All these three pairs are highly correlated and especially for Range bar charts, they should have the similar Range bar shapes, eliminating much noise of time-based charts.
So, only take the signals when all three correlated pairs have the similar trend/signal. In doing so, you should be able to eliminate a lot of false signals and avoid tons of choppy conditions.
Hope this helps. You can also use the inverse correlated pairs like USDCHF for confirmation, etc. A lot of screen time is needed to get a good feeling of avoiding choppy conditions eliminating false signals.
Also, if possible, try to trade only the Europe session and USA session when the liquidity and volatility are ample.

Today I share with my Indo friends my proprietary Trend Pullback System. I have been working on it for a long time and think it's pretty special. It is a range bar system and has the uncanny ability to often identify the exact bottom bar in a countertrend pullback and enter on the open of the next bar! From an entry standpoint, it doesn't get much better...
Here are some recent charts. The arrows are mechanically placed by the system and not repaint:

http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w201/jtimpsonstamps/signals2.gif
http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w201/jtimpsonstamps/signals3.gif
Of course, nothing's perfect. There are rare times like the following where the market is choppy. Any suggestions dealing with "Choppy Market" appreciated.
http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w201/jtimpsonstamps/choppy.gif
Here is the system itself, with all the indicators, a template and a word document that fully describes the system and how to set it up on your Metatrader 4 chart.

You are all welcome to use it with my compliments! But if you use it, I am not responsible. Also you may not sell it.
I am happy to share with you all. I have a top level coder who I will be paying to potentially create an EA starting
Thursday. I hope that you all will take a close look at this system and suggest improvements. Particularly I am interested in things like Trade Management and filtering of bad signals. Any ideas appreciated. Now is the time to do it, before the EA specialist begins. Oh, by the way, if it works out OK, I will be sharing the EA to all the folks here with my compliments so let's make this the best system ever !
Diesel10
PS My sincere thanks to Indo brothers Stovedude, Alright and Musketeer for their able assistance along the way !

thamira83 reacted to waterskiguy in 5 years of work - no repaint, high quality signals easy
Hello All,
Yes we now have a updated version and with a little help from a few people (merian) in this forum have come up with a even better version - call it version 3.0 if you want.
In the original version you had to make sure ALL the indicators lined up, NOW a arrow ONLY prints if ALL the indicators line up.
So there is no guessing if the indicators are lined up, you know the deal "they sort of look like they are" "kind of are" "are they lined up?" You get the picture.
Now there is no guessing.
We have also added text to the set up outlining the entry, stop and first profit taking level PLUS actual lines on the chart to see the actual area where the stop should be placed, along with entry and profit taking first level.
My blog has the download link or click below

Enjoy all!!!
One thing ..... I emphasize this ..... as good a method that I believe this is, you still need to have a good understanding of how the markets work and a solid foundation of basic market knowledge to MAKE any method work to it's full capacity.
Get good at understanding time frames, 4hr, daily, weekly, monthly (how they each "fit" into each other)
Get good at drawing trend lines.
Get good at understanding support/ resistance levels.
Remember that trendlines/ support/ resistance/ fib levels .... what ever you want to call them are "AREAS" they are not usually exact and to the pip.
Great Trading,

thamira83 reacted to kraven in K. R. A. P. P
Hello all, I’ve had several request asking how I generate my ‘Kravens Repetitive Areas of Potential Profit’ or K.R.A.P.P for short :))and as I’m a fan of the indo share culture I though I’d create this thread to demonstrate….
These lines are pretty accurate, I believe accurate enough to purely trade from. They will work on every pair and require updating once per day. However they not the ‘holy G’ and not magical (as some think lol). They are also very easy to create, in-fact they’ll be too easy for many on here who will insist on adding thing.
How to create ‘K.R.A.P.P.' wwwowhhhhhhhhaaahh!!
Ok, choose your pair……go to a daily time frame……….draw lines at each day on the high and low (and importantly) the open and close….. most people only take note of peaks (highs) and troughs (lows) but open and closes (O/C) are VERY IMPORTANT. Most just take note of the day before, however O/C of daily’s several weeks ago can still have an impact.
Once you have drawn your lines it’s time to sort them out. If a level has only been touched once I call this minor, if it has been influential on a few occasion I call it major. I advise you to colour these lines different colours (see pic)
http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/af5/kraven69/linesofimportancedaily.gif
after you've sorted your lines use them on lower timeframes (5 and 15min are good)
http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/af5/kraven69/daily.gif
Here is an example of how to trade K.R.A.P.P...i call it the 'bounce'. just enter the trade the 'oppersite' direction to where the price approached i.e. if the price is coming down, buy when it hits....SL 10 TP 15 (or more)......here an example i made a few days back
http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/af5/kraven69/linesofimportance9.gif
that's it..........try to refrain from adding 1hr and 4hr lines as you'll have a mass of lines that are untradable...........hope you enjoy
*appologies if this is in the wrong forum.

Gohan: "Here's the steps to installing this scanner
1 - Open the zip file to a new folder
2 - Place the WAV files (3 of them) in the folder \\sounds
3 - Place the file Homma.mq4 in the folder \\experts\\libraries
4 - Place the file GoHan_Scanner_Complete_M5.ex4 in the folder \\experts
5 - Open MT and attach the GoHan Scanner to a M5 chart
That's it. Now all you do is wait for a new bar and the latest alerts will be shown to you in the upper-left hand corner of the screen.
Remember, this is not an auto-trader. It will merely point you to the info and then you can evaluate the trade on your own.
WHAT THE SCANNER SHOWS
I have designed the scanner to look for a variety of common chart patterns across all currency pairs. The major patterns it looks for include:
Double Top Lower Close - a price has hit the same high level twice and the latest bar has closed down, indicating a potential resistance point.
Double Bottom Higher Close - a price has this the same low level twice and the latest bar has closed up, indicating a potential support point
SMA 200 Breakout - The price has crossed either above or below the 200 SMA
3WMA and 5WMA Crossover - There has been a crossover (it will alert on either up or down) between the 3WMA and the 5WMA
Bearish Engulfing - The latest candle has closed down and "engulfs" the previous gain, indicating a potential bear run
Bullish Engulfing - The latest candle has closed up and "engulfs" the previous loss, indicating a potential bull run
Three White Soldiers - a consistent rise over the last three periods
There are a few other patterns that it will alert on, but these are the major ones.
