sometime it will take some time due to limited downloading quota ...... but at-last i fulfilled mostly my indo-friends request
 
please dont bark like a barking dogs ....... all links already shared here ....but some time it will take some time see this thread from starting why people give me thanks i never told to give me thanks ...... do some contribution instead of blaming someone who care for you.......i think you understand my word ...that who is non-sense ......
 
and if you want to be ban then only use this type of words otherwise i will complaint to moderators about your misbehavior.... and yest here i so many members with me to complaint about your barking activities ......

Ok these are the steps I followed and it worked for me... I used the following link to download the package

( please replace the '0' with 'o' , in the above linke)
Decompress the St.rar file with winrar program, next you will get a ST folder which will contain two files, smarttrader.rar and smarttrader.dll file ( this smarttrader.dll file you will need at the end, so please donot forget it).
Decompress the ST.rar file, it will contain 2 exe files, execute each of them
Execute the set up files , navigate the browser in the installation process to the location of your meta trader platform...by default it will be in C:/ Program files/Metatrader4.0
At the end of execution of each of the set up files, your mt4 platform will be launched, please shut it down....
Now go to the c:/Program files/meta trader/experts/libraries, you will see a smarttrader.dll file and a smart.trader.dll.license file, please delete the smarttrader.dll file
( donot delete the other smarttrader.dll.license file thats required )....now from the original folder that you downloaded initially copy the smarttrader.dll file....paste that in c:/Program files/meta trader/experts/libraries.
Now launch the mt4 platform, open a chart, right click the chart and select the vsa template of your choice.

Hello leon1,
We do not know what policies you have in your forum and what the logic or reasoning is behind those policies but we all understand one thing very clearly that something which rightfully does not belong to you is in fact not yours and you don't have any right to restrict its access to some selected people only and prevent others from getting it. And this is what actually is being done in ewef. I am also a member of ewef but rarely visits there. Here we are not only sharing the books or programmes but we also share opinions and we also help each other. This spirit of helping each other is missing in ewef. So in a way ewef is no longer a public forum, it is a club of some selected persons.

HI niftymover LEON1 blocked me from ewef forum and i had not downloading right and i posted some good stuff there but they blocked me.
its 1.5 year back.
ewef forum deserve. they assumed they are smart and can play with the world but they r not dont.
