Read book and watched video, the video was most helpful and I am currently looking through the historical setup screenshots in premium area to familiarise myself with some setups. It would be nice to be able to get in to some setups at the same time as learning it so I will be looking further at how the watchlist works as it does look quite complicated :)

Haven't tested but this is how I would do it:

1. decode CI_Build Data.ex4 from the scripts folder

2. Edit CI_Build Data.mq4 and modify the VerifyAccount function to look like this:

}

Edit: The indicators also appear to have the same function also so repeat the steps above on all the indicator files.

By making the changes above the value 1 is always returned no matter what account number is used which is what the indicator requires to pass authentication.

those worried about the exe can do this:

1. install 7zip

2. right click exe file and select 7zip -> extract

3. you will see two files extract (1 mql4 and 1 tpl file)

4. then you just place them in your mt4 folder

The problem I am facing is each time the EA is loaded the string it sends to validate is completely different therefore the reply will always be different. Now I am not very good at decrypting etc... We need somebody who can first determine what method of encryption the strings above are to help break it down so we can start to generate our own replies exactly as the validate.php file would.

This can easily be cracked.

Just intercept the traffic to http://www.tulipfx.com/secure/validate.php which is called by the DLL.

E.G. Buy EA, use wireshark to get valid response from validate.php file. Create a fake PHP file which always responds with an authorised response then setup local route/hosts entry to divert traffic from tulipfx.com to your own webserver .

funny you should mention gbpchf, I am currently backtesting it at the moment. looks very good so far. I will upload full results for 2010 when done.

running live on gbpchf m15 for last 7 days, 100% wins so far. started on 0.01 lots, now gone up to 0.02 lots, single basket with news filter on high and medium set to 45 mins, and standard atr filter settings. gbpchf is very rangey so works consistently.

 

I got burned pretty badly on gbpusd a few weeks ago when it took a sudden trend dive and it kept opening buy trades only.... ( and with triple basket !!) boohoo !

 

Was thinking it would be a good option also to open trades in the opposite direction at the same time, as if it is rangey then the opposite trade should still come to profit and if it trends then this will also reduce drawdown.

My question is what exactly is a standard lot round turn transaction ?
