Thanks, im trying to learn about options myself. I found this site (profitableinvestmenteducation.co.uk) and gave the guy a call. He claims his method is 100% risk free in trading options with 30% year average gains. didnt take up the training because id rather spend the time seeing if I could figure it out myself :)

I think that these levels means MUCH MORE then just S/R we must only dis-cover it.

The clue sits probably inside 'trading options' theory.

Check out the image below. This is a high probability setup which can happen 2-3 times per week.

From my own observations and limited testing, this trade is hitting 80-90% accuracy!

In the image, the grey box highlights the beginning of the Asian session. During this time volume & volatility are very low. This means our power levels become much more sensitive.

How I use this to my advantage:

1. As soon as the power levels are published each day (around 11.30pm GMT) I look for two levels. One just above current price & one just below current price.

2. I will then setup a OCO, pending buy for level below and pending short for level above. Using a 10pip stop and 10 pip profit target. Sometimes if I'm feeling lucky I will set profit target to 40pips and change SL to breakeven @ 10pips profit. Set OCO to expire by 5am GMT if not triggered. DO NOT LET IT TRIGGER DURING THE EURO OPEN!

That's it!

In the screenshot above the red/green arrows are the levels used to determine entry. The black arrow is the triggered entry.

One thing to check, if the price is too close to a particular level I will not enter that night, this is why I only get 2-3 entries per week. I like to see price an equal distance between its nearest levels.

Also check for any pending news which could affect trades. If any news is due, do not setup OCO. Remember, we are looking for a quiet, low volume, low volatile Asian session!

Also, please enable debug option by changing the 0 to a 1 and then observe the terminal window's expert tab for any messages which may indicate what is going wrong.

This test version has an additional check to see if the CSV file is empty, if it's empty it will try and download it again. It also has a fix for some users who's brokers have a suffix after their symbol name, i.e EURUSDm (Thanks to San4x for his help).

hi, i do have a question about the call level 5 / OI: 2030 (green) for eur/usd price nearly touched but now reject and down to 4396 ..... do i see it right if price is near such (green) level that we can go short ? thanks for answer in advance

Hi, yes some times the levels may not get touched and only get very close. On the H1 chart that candle was 50 pips and showed no sign of reversal so I would have been a bit more patient in going short.

In the screenshot below the next candle did indeed touch the level (candle was a reversal pattern too) therefore a 15-20 pip SL would have given you 70 pip profit (if you entered from the line). Even if you waited for the candle to close, a 30 pips SL would have returned 50 pips :)

Hello everyone I cant even think of enough words to thank c0py for giving us free lifetime membership but we need to think of a way to thank him and to show him that we are thankful for his thoughtfulness. I think we need to find a way to help him advertise this so that we can drive traffic to his site. I think we should develop a system that shows the true power of his calculations. I was thinking of starting a thread on forexfactory showing how it works but I want to see what everyone thinks. Would this be ok c0py? If so how would you like us to trade your indi. Would you like us to show your indicator alone or as a necessity to add to anyones trading system. Please anyone with ideas let me know and thanks again c0py

Thank you with your kind words. Your idea sounds great. I think it would need to be added to an existing system or used purely in conjunction with price action / candle stick reversal patterns etc... I am working days now so unforunately I do not get a chance to trade using them at the moment.

I'm new to power levels Need some help to know what's minimum open. What minimum open should I key in daily to use the levels?

Open interest indicates the number of market participants speculating a specific price level. The higher the open interest, the stronger the power level will be. Looking on EU try only looking at power levels with OI greater than 1000 to get decent signals.

@ C0py : besides applying your Power Levels to forex pairs, I'm also very interested in trying out on Gold (XAU/USD). When I checked the levels on my mt4, it simply showed only Green lines... only supports or Buys?? Is that correct?? I'm inclined to think that it's fine for gold, expecially considering it's recent extremely bullish moves, but just wanna hear from you too about this... Please do reply when you can

Costaeli, can you look in your mt4 install folder under experts/files and let me know if you can see any CSV files beginning with a date? If you can then try opening one or two of them to see if there is any data. Also somebody above seemed to have the same problem and changed the days option from 1 to 2 and that fixed it for the time being.

Hi yes I am testing the remaining major pairs. With AUDUSD I have noticed that there is very low amount of data and most days so far there have been next to no levels or open interest

I totaly agree with Hakim on this one;

I know this is a forum for sharing but when something realy works, then I will be happy to pay for it.

I know that copy is putting allot of time and effort in this one.

Its only a sugestion to copy, what the most important thing is to me, is that support and updates is given as time goes by and willing happy to pay for that.

Ive been busy converting the MT4 script in to an Indicator. At present it's 90% done. I plot it on a chart and as soon as my broker hits midnight the levels appear straight away for the next day! Also it can keep the old lines for specific number of days in past...
