I installed this on WinXP machine. Just copying the exe and nstparam.ini file and running the program makes the program to run. But cant open an existing chart or new chart. Only 1 bar is shown in the chart.

 

How to use the HowToGetTime.exe program. It gives some instruction in russion, I think.

 

Better notes are needed. Or other working version is needed.

The older 6.x versions will open but you can't insert a chart or draw objects or do anything.
