can't find in /type any script named better renko :(

 

Reinstalled another bar type and appear under data but can't see the spectrum so I suppose another indicator block it.

 

The amazing is that I can unistall via the remove NS assembly.

 

Could some one post a working version of the spectrum fot .14?

you probably have dll in your \nt7\custom

which automatically sets the type better renko

try to remove that dll who that installs type better renko

Thanks for all the help and education you constantly give everyone.

I did run the setup file with ninja closed ( it would not run otherwise ), then i imported then educated zip and restarted ninja.

It did not work, its asking for a license.

I shut down ninja and manually replace the current dlls with the patched ones and restarted and it still gives the same message.

Please help.

But some steps are unclear for me.

1) I've downloaded and converted to .csv tick data from 2007 till 2008 using TickDataDownloader.

.csv is located on "c:/Program Files (x86)/SQ_TickDataDownloader/tickdata/EURUSD.csv"

 

2) python was downloaded and installed http://gyazo.c0m/cc12824f6d78390db0cc32b4e40f12db

Then I need to press on python.exe and call ninja_tick.py, don't I? What exact command I must call?

 

3) If previous step is successful then we'll get $EURUSD.Last.txt. What to do next?

 

4) When I click Utilities-Batch Download Replay Data nothing is happen.

Tick_Data_Downloader downloads only historical tick data.

it will create a csv file, which needs to be converted to the ninjatrader format.

the python script is as follows. open it and change the user parameters,

the input file (the csv file created by tick data downloader),

output directory, and output file.

the output file should be of the format: $CURENCYPAIR.Last.txt , for example $EURUSD.Last.txt

execute using python by typing in the command prompt

cd /directory/where/ninja_tick_is/

python ninja_tick.py

(download python from here http://www.python.org/download/, doesnt matter what version) and wait a bit

Import the txt file created by going to tools->historical data manager, the timezone of the data is GMT + 0 ,

make sure to check the two checkboxes so you will also be able to see minute and daily data.

Data type is 'Last.' The data will merge with your current live data...
