Can somebody please help me. I am a newbie to FOREX. How to I get the MACD to look like the one in these videos on Metatrader 4. The Metatrader 4 standard MACD indicator only has the histograms and one line. Can somebody post a line where I can download the macd indicator that has the 2 lines for a crossover.

Also how to you put an additional moving avereage of 100 of the macd indicator

Can you please explain what you mean by a manual system? Is that not like a simulator?

I am a newbie to Forex trading. I have downloaded a couple of training DVD and reviewed them and also read some books on trading. I now what or I am ready to get into the Paper Trading process. What is the best way to do this? Do I get (purchase) a Forex simulator program, eg rapidsp, cute trader etc or do I just open a demo account with a broker?

If it is using a broker what is a good broker to use, I am located in Australia.
