There should be no problems if you are seeing the signals in real time.

 

You just cant backtest with them.

 

If it is working for you in real time then you might be onto a winner.

yes you are correct, when using the strategy tester with some indicators that repaint ,they "cheat" by looking ahead at the future data which results in a very misleading display.

 

Use the TMA true indicator which plots without repainting issues.

Tom is protecting his product like any vendor would, but honestly have you ever read so much drivel?

I remember when Star first came out. Tom gave out some signals on FPA, about a half dozen or so and they were all losers! (but he found an excuse for that ) then over the years Star has been optimized to try and eliminate all the losers. Now it has been so optimized that no Primary signals occur - but Tom says its the markets fault - his system is still perfect it is just that the market conditons have changed!

 

So because the Primary signals no longer appear he has introduced a new signal to try and get some trades !

 

Tom ,its quite simple ,stop writing page after page of nonsense ,prove your system works or get lost.

To play these files just rename the f4v file to flv and they will play just fine.
