    Ea's are crap because a good ea takes alot of optimization and code to make it good, or a nice idea to make it profitable still. Why do 95% of manual traders fail? Because 95% of all people fail, people come into this market expecting to win 100000 and retire to the islands, few want to actually make it their life work. People do not wish to spend their time learning this market they want "Gurus" to give them everything. There are very few Gurus if any that will share their experience with you and even if they do people would rather listen to a poser with lure of quick riches than to a person that knows a few things and actually makes money trading. People like to be a in crowd even if crowd is a bunch of long term losers (example most of the forum up online are filled with people that say "Well you have alot of experience why don't you share it with us" and if you do they tell you "well i know this and this and what you are telling is wrong and won't work in a long run" even thou they were the once that asked for advise first. Same with ea's why not share 100's of hours of hard work with "kind" people of forex. Because your ea will get bashed and destroyed since people online have looser mentality and do not want you as a trader to succeed, you do not have 50% chance to win by default in this market because of the spread, which means if you toss a coin eventually spread will eat your deposit. It is also funny that people say you have 50% chance to be right, but 95% of people fail. It means that statically you have 5% chance to be right (funny i know) I believe in this forum and sharing things on it because its a place where we share fraud to determine one and buy good products which we test first. This forum has tons of good ea's and most of the people here do not use it accordingly, people that say (most ea's are crap) are right, but if people start looking through this forum, find and test every ea they find, they are bound to find ea's that are actually good.     Forex is a hard work, but it will be profitable, what you are required to do is to look for patterns (on your own) and than abuse them untill they don't work and than look for new one. You can also use gambling strategies on forex, like roulette patterns and martin trades, but those require you to have at least 10 deposits you are willing to loose without much hurt to your total equity. In hopes of doubling them quickly. Hope this helps.

    Anyway it got suspicious when he refused to give access to invest account and password for his live or demos "so no one will share those?" even thou in this buisness its a standart practice ecpecially in high end forex merchandise that is being sold for over 5k to show more than a backtest. Anyway no point to give reasons not to buy it, if someone does and shares it with this forum it would be good, if no one does no point of trying to prove something you can't have as bad, since you simply do not know if its good or not. I rest my case.

    Martingale is just a trade sizing strategy. You need more than a trade sizing strategy for a trading system to open and close trades. Underlying strategies can vary widely as in any other non-Martingale trading system, from trend following to mean reversion or even random entry. Basically you are using Martingale trade sizing on an unprofitable strategy, depending on Martingale (and not the strategy) to be profitable.

     

    I think a better idea is to take a profitable strategy and use Martingale trade sizing on that.

    Good luck in doing that! I hope you can show us an ea that does or present us with a strategy that will do that.

    I normally trade it with trading hours, anyway this one is very risky and those of you that do not want to share that risk please use the version that is moded for 5 digits as it is less risky than the one i ran on forward test posted.

    I believe any martingale ea would show you similar pip curve in a long run :) So this is the least of your worries, the most of your worries is getting consistent results with your ea's over a long period of time. I mean what we are doing here is essentialy casinp hopping forex style, if any of you have done that in your lifetime you know that many casions will kick you out if they smell "strategy" or skill. With martin ea forex becomes your casino and its not how many chips you win its the total $ value of chips you cash out.

    I do it on a 5 digits broker, four digit broker will produce completely differnt but still statisfactory results, but they will be entirely different. A thing to watch here is leverage you need 400 - 500% leverage to run this thing and no a slightests care for your deposit to run it live, if you worry about your deposit or its your last money i dont suggest you wager it, if you want the pip step difference to be bigger change timeframe to m5 or m15 and it will be bigger, you want want tp to be bigger change comission to whatever you want to add to your tp.

    Once my programer comes back i will get him to add a newsfilter to this ea and if we could come up with some high impact news release strategy I think it would make thing ea way better than it is already.

    Just select as use small lots true and enter 0.1 and it will use microlots and if you don't want it just select it as false, keep in mind this thing can cause some heavy losses so never use it on your live account in the beggining instead practice with a demo for a few weeks see its strenghts and weakneses.

    I do not know if scarface will permit me to post this ea in his thread, and If he disaproves I willl delete it. Its my personal mod of well known martingale ea, i reccomed you test it on your alpari uk demo account play around with setting and find out what you like and share with us, i run it on m1.

    Here is an example of making 100% in around a week trading a martingale ea i've been playing with. 100% is not too much as i've been hearing alot of people talk about 1000% a month and results like that, but so far i've never seen anyone post the actual forward result of such thing happening, but people do talk. So maybe if anyone else can share their forward test we can compare and merge strategies and ea's.
