It performs good on FPA. I do not more info on this EA.

I also tested euronis long time ago. What do you mean by one chart regular, one chart restore? I thought it is either normal mode or cross mode setting? what is restore?

It trades, but not alot. I only get trades in eurchf and usdcad. Other pairs are in active with spread limit error.

I put sread limit on 10 but I still get sreadlimit alert on some pairs, while the actual spreads are way lower than 10. Anyone having the same problem.

Alpari is GMT +2. But in backtest they recommend GMT +1. Not sure why? Maybe someone could answer

I have seen another version of this indicator. It is a decent one. It is good if someone make a EA based on this, so the parameters could be optimized.

This is a good EA, but it will not perform as smooth as that backtest on real accounts.

I heard the spreads differ between Live and demo on alpari. I have Go trader and the demo is really close to live.

yes. I got the GMT offset right. You did not get the large losses on eurgbp and gbpchf on march 9??? Now I am sort of a break even after two weeks.

strange, I tried educated with some backtest on different pairs and it's nice,

also last night first day of forward test on alpari and I had some nice trades.

I know it's a short time but so far it seems good.

maybe you mean on live could not perform well the educated one?

are you sure it's a problem of the education rather than a problem of different brokers, spread and so on ?

 

I suppose usually the trading logic should not be affected by education.....

Can you please post your edu version? The one I got from this thread while back ago does not perform well on USDCAD and EC. I am talking about shocker 2.0 version.

With Martingale EAs you cant really talk about best settings that dont fail in all markets.

You have choice of getting rich in a night or be conservative.

If you are conservative, I would advise using wide pip range. So something around 30 pip or up on GU and EU is fine with 1.5 to 2 multiplier.

But this way do not expect a great return.

Or you could use lower rangesand low TP, then your return is pretty good, but you risk your account on big movements w/o retracement. Just backtest and demo test for a while to get used to it and decide yourself.

when you put mq4 it will decompile automatically and generate ex4 aswell. I rather to have mq4, but it doesnot really matter. hope helps

After carefully reviewing their website, it seems their settings change EVERY MONTH. It is easy to reproduce bactests like that after the market has already made the move... I actually have EAs that can millions.

NO single forward test, so be careful pals.

I never said scalpers are bad, I just said its nothing new under the hood. When they put names like super quake or etc, it just misleads people or at least me to think they are great and original.

As a matter of fact, when I look at the code, one of these EAs had traces of FAPT.
