    In the past, i tested offline mode it didn't work for v2.3. But worked for v2.2. Try v2.2 and see if it works.

    This is just my limited experience on convert2ms. The version 2.1 converted data was not able to read by some programs (can't remember which). Then I decided to use the version 2.2 converted data and it was readable. Perhaps you have to try it out yourself.

    Is it possible that attached files can be accessed by members with VIP status only? I checked through the previous posts and seems those who can't access the attached files are non VIP. Perhaps the Admins can confirm this.

    I am not sure how this is done in NT7 but for NT8 you need to set the AT Interface. (AT - Automated Trading) In NT8 go to Tools then choose Options. Choose or select Automatic Trading Interface. On the right panel, you will see AT Interface. Select the box and make sure it is ticked or checked.
