That is good. Go ahead to install 2.2 into another program folder and copy OPCM.dll file to the program folder of 2.2. (There is no need copy any res.dat and cert.dat files to document folder since they were already installed with 1.6. Installing 2.2 will not remove them) Now you can login OFFLINE mode in 2.2 using the same ID and Password of 1.6. To share files, use 1.6 to download chart and save into a workbook. Then close 1.6 and open 2.2. Open workbook that you have saved previously. BUT you can actually run 1.6 and 2.2 simultaneously although most people says it can't be done. To run the two programs simultaneously (run 1.6 and 2.2 without having to close any of them) Here is the cut and paste from my post at TSRh (Run the emulator for 1.6 first) Click either the 1.6 or 2.2 icon repeatedly and quickly for about 6 to 8 clicks. Let's say start with 1.6 icon first. You should see one or two splash screens declaring the message "Optuma is already running. Would you like to close the other process and continue?" Click Yes to all splash screens. After this, you should see at least two login screens for version 1.6. Close all but leave one open. (If you don't see at least 2 login screens, then close everything and redo the clicking again) Now you can click the version 2.2 icon and the version 2.2 login screen will appear. You can now proceed to login either online or offline with the respective versions. To share static data (not realtime data) from version 1.6 to version 2.2 Save your workspace in version 1.6 after opening a chart. In version 2.2 open the same workspace. You will have what version 1.6 has saved. (reminder : In version 2.2, do not save workspace, just load only) I don't use the program but just tested it. Hope this work around will be helpful for others.

Send me all the files that you used to install and I will install it on my 3rd computer. Just want to make sure you have the right files.

Puzzle post does not appear to refer to installation but after installation and how data can be shared between 1.6 and 2.2. OPCM.dll file is to be copied into the program folder for version 2.2 only Anyway, suggest you solve the problem of installing and running 1.6 first. Hopefully, your computer does not belong to the rare group where it just wouldn't run Optuma properly. I can give suggestions here are there.

This is my personal opinion working with Sentient Trader. It is very involved and requires a lot of discretion and analysis. You spend a lot of time accessing whether the lowest price (trough) has arrived and whether the phasing is correct which will require manual re-pinning of the cycles. After all this, the program will still repaints if price moves out of phase. Sentient trader is helpful for the Hurst Cycles enthusiast but for the normal retail traders, you will got your work cut out for you. Check their youtube videos and you will know what i mean.

Now that you mentioned, I would also think that maybe it was done with Market Warrior. Since the chart copyright is dated 1996, it could be MW3 or MW4 I still have a working copy of MarketWarrior 4.6 (Trial turned Registered). If you want to try out, let me know and I will check out my backup HDD.

Checked the files and it appears that these files are from the Telegram channel - Volume Tools. If this is so, then this apparently is not free. You need to buy 'license' of 1 to 6 months. Same goes with Sierra. Only Motivewave, Jigsaw, Quantower and Bookmap is free.

I heard from someone that this could be the serial is moving around in memory each time the program is run. This is to prevent from fishing out the serial. I am not sure if this is the case. Perhaps, for those who want to use the program may consider using the patch as provided by Kesk in his timing solution & Nifty 2 update thread.

Thanks for the upload. Unfortunately this version don't work anymore with the latest MT4. MT4 has released new versions that defeats the crack dll. And you can't run old versions of MT4 as it will be rejected by the broker's server.

Kesk has always been helpful and accommodating. We should be grateful and not forgetting to say Thank You kesk. I personally appreciate Kesk for all his generosity and his effort to help others.

Here is something to note; It is important to switch off the anti-virus when installing the program and crack. This is also stated in the instruction text. Even though, installation may appear problem free with the anti-virus running, the program may encounter some problems during actual running. My first install with anti-virus running, I was Not able to add symbols. The program just crashed when I add symbol. So I decided to follow close instructions and re-install with the anti-virus switched off. After that, I was able to add symbols without the program crashing. Another point in the instruction text is to run in Administrative mode. I was not able to see any difference in doing this yet. Anyway, this is my take and other's experience my differ. Do note, that installing with the anti-virus turned off, the risk is yours.

Tested ASCII or CSV chart. Works fairly well. Able to display intraday and Daily chart. Problem, when you add symbols, the right hand panel of the search explorer may initially be unresponsive. I was able to work around that sometimes by pressing the tab key until the cursor is in the right hand panel and perform some activity like sorting the columns or opening a folder. That seems to activate the panel. But sometimes, it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I am using Oanda live data. Complete problem free with this option. It used to be able to read Yahoo but most likely not anymore after Yahoo changed access. As for CSV, the explorer to search for text files does not work very well. A manual work around is suggested in another forum. Anyway I will check out the Csv this weekend. BTW I do not use this software for a long time already.

This is most likely the same version from TSRh and edu by GautamGreat and Mateyboy. (See text file in the zip) I downloaded from here just to test it out and it works fine. If you have problem, it could be port 80 being used. This command in administrative command prompt net stop http works for my computer configuration in freeing port 80. (Depending on your computer configurations, other methods may be necessary to free port 80) But I am vaguely aware of 2 user who can't get program to work.
