  1. Re: Fusion v1.1a

Hello ppl i am finally satisfied with myself finding this site......its like a dream come true.....i am no programmer or an excellent trader.......i was bought into the marketing hype of bot sellers for quiet a while......and mark my word i bought each and every one thinking that was the one......which ofcourse yall know..it wasnt....i appreciate the work done by the members here by cutting wide open what is not genuine and fraud....also now i have a choice to check some bots before i buy....i will contribute to this form whatever i can from my side.......wishing lots of green pips to all........cheers...

Regarding FRWC, why they are selling a robot which was not in the WC.I thought that they are gonna sell the first 3 bots which won for 1000 bucks......or is it all in one which is for sale.....cheers

this is an interesting point, with all the smoke and mirrors going on, why are they not selling 1st 2nd and 3rd place bots?? so during the world Cup (lol love that title) the've been looking at developing fusion all along? hmmm something doesnt look right here imho

  3. Re: DirtyDan's journal

    Hi Folks,

Question on this potential setup in the AUDUSD 1Hour Chart Today :-

    http://www.imagechicken.com/uploads/1265988545080625200.jpg

After the first swing breaks zero then we get a retrace, should I go long at

50% - Red Fib (Second Swing)

61.8% - Red Fib (Second Swing

    or

50% - White Fib (First Swing)

61.8% - White Fib (First Swing)

Is this a valid setup in your opinions? just curious if I have read the rules correctly on the fibonacci entries here.

    Thanks. :-bd

  4. Re: FX Point and Figure trading (including working indicators)

    Bump for any updates ^:)^

Tried this for the first time today on aud/usd (5 pip value boxes), typical with my luck :"> looked like a great entry only to be stopped out.

Maybe I should have given more room? as usual trade ended up going +40ish - I was already stopped out at -30ish

    anyone else playing with this?

  5. ^:)^ looking for some opinions on this topic

So we have scheduled new's release every day in the forex market, usually divided into high, medium and low priority events (including major holidays).

Here's my question, since day one i've heard you should never trade before big news etc, give some days a miss, including holidays. Always make sure if you have EA's running to disbale them during release by a set amount time i.e 1 hour before /after.

To be honest ive never really grasped this concept, so what do you do ?

Whats your rules relating to news (high, medium, low and holidays etc) ?

Do you trade regardless? Or pay attention and stop during certain days? which news events matter most and which ones can you ignore?

    Discuss :-bd

  8. Hey Peeps,

I'm looking for a kind hearted programmer who could have a look at doing an In dicator that followed the rules for Tom Striganos Catapult for 80 guide, something like an arrow painted above / below the criteria.

    Catapult for 80 Link ^:)^

    http://[email protected]/c@[email protected]

    or Text description :-

    Catapult for 80 upside

Two important criteria, One: the bar before the execution bar must be a lower high(Green

Arrow) then the previous bar. Two the close must be a Down close. if you have met the

criteria you buy the top of the bar two bars ago.. Stop loss 15 pips below the middle

bar .Look for 80 pips, use market exhaustion..fibs all the tools you have been given.

Catapult For 80 Set up for the Down side.

    Two important criteria One

The bar before execution has to be a low greater the the previous Bar.

Second Criteria You need a up Close. If you have Met the Criteria you sell the

bottom of the Bar (Two Bars ago.) Stop Loss 15 pips above the middle bar.

Red arrow on top. Look for 80 pips. 80 pips is what we are going for if it breaks below, use a

trailing stop, of course you can use Fibs as well to calculate exhaustion.

    One love :shand:

Edit: Oops I posted in the wrong subforum, could a mod please move it to Metatrader Indicators - thanks :-bd

  10. Re: Best EA

My experiance with Ea's so far is limited to be honest, and I currently run MD live, however im starting to see thru 99% of all the bull flying around everytime a new robot hits the market. From now im looking at the free variety, backed up with good community feedback.

My advice would be look to the free EA's, the majority are much better + safer, you could even demo one or two from rent a signal place as alternatives to payed EA's

    peace out

  11. Re: now 10K USD account at Dukascopy

something fishy about the new FT Evo and the deal with swiss etc, i just hope the punters dont get screwed here. I can see tears on the horizon, although I will be watching closely after the lauch to see how it performs. Limited 2000 copies hmmm we'll see i doubt it tho.

  12. Re: the best expert

Hmm im on the megadroid bus as well, so far its the only one i trust live, did use FT for a while but ended up couldnt sleep while it was running lol. Also looking at some free EA's.

Still hunting for that MD compliment EA, especially some EA's that run on paits other than EUR/USD + the cable

  13. Re: Forex Derivative EA

Seems there is a new updated version available, just got an email 2 mins ago.

    Quote

"We have made some major improvements to our software.

It now has a Money Management Risk Level variable that the

user can set to LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH depending on the users

    trading style.

It also has an exponential trailing stop loss variable that

is protecting profitable trades even though it may reduce the

number of some large winning trades over the long run. It is

up to the user to set it at true or false.

And we have also included some internal controls inside the

EA to improve the performance during current market conditions."

  14. Re: [REQ]The L.M.T Forex Formula

i've added nonlagma v7 indicator to complement lmt. it has made the system more accurate. my first 2 trades hit it stoploss with just the lmt system; i followed the system to the 't'. when i added nonlagma indicator to it, it didn't agree with lmt for those 2 trades. had the nonlagma been on there, those 2 trades would not been made. i tested it with the signals that were good, the nonlagma indicator agreed with lmt. basically, when the two agrees with each other, the trade more likely to make a profit.

    @jsonc

Thanks for the tip on using the nonlagma indicator mate very much appreciated

Is there any specific settings for this indicator, or just use the defaults?

    Cheers, :peace:
